I could not help noticing at the recent Gt Georges Christmas concert that RP uses his baton to do more than conduct. After each piece has finished, he sometimes does some storage things... One of his signals I worked out. He holds the baton horizontal and very still..... this appears to signal that ...

Did you spot the continuity "error" in Joy to the World??? At 1.49 there is a close up of Isaac. His ear piece is missing???? During the rest of the video it is in his right ear. I guess that bit was shot later. I'm loving the descant part in Joy to the world. I think Michael U-R can safel...

Is the CD the audio track from the DVD, or an entirely different studio recording???

Phew.... got mine.... Thankfully transport and travel is a breeze for me.... Living and working on the main train line 30 minutes from London. I'll be home in bed before the pubs shut!!!

I have to confess, I had 6 tickets reserved for 15 minutes, but only paid for 2 of them. I guess they went back into the pot after they timed out.

Premium seats are still available at 3:15pm!!!
