Hey EMImusic,
I just entered the contest. Unfortunately, all of the tour cities are too far away from me in California, but I think it's great the boys are touring here and wish EMI the best of luck in promoting Libera here in the states. This is the best music I've ever heard, and the vast ...

Re: The Movie Quote Game
Hey Maarten and Murkskis :)
Yes it was Home Alone originally, and then I think they used it again in Home Alone 2. The VHS movie that Kevin watches was called "Angels with Dirty Faces", but it was just a made-up movie that never really existed.
So guys, one of you got a quote for us? Technically ...

Re: The Movie Quote Game
Hey Gang,
For Lot, yes you were right. That quote was from "The Little Rascals" (1994)
And your quote... "I never said Batman", well that's from "Kick A**", which IMO is one of the best comic book/super hero movies ever made, up there with "The Incredibles". I loved Hit Girl in that movie :)

Re: Panis angelicus - Jaymi Bandtock and Sam Harper
Thanks for posting this Maarten
It appears to be live, but since we never see any audience shots it's hard to tell. I love all of the old St. Philips material so this was very special.
Jaymi and Sam did a fine job, and the joining in of the rest of the choir at the end is very nice!

Hey Paul
I'm sorry to hear work is keeping you so busy.
I've not been posting too much lately either, but I do love the site and think you and Viabuona have done a wonderful job.
I hope you get some time to relax soon.

Re: Compilation album being released!
Thanks Todd for working so hard to put this together. I'm in complete agreement with Maarten that this release should hopefully help to give this beautiful music some much needed recognition in the states.
I like the cover photo... I like the songs... I like it all!! Very nice work indeed!

Re: QUESTION FOR USA LIBERA FANS!
Hey guys,
I'm kind of late to this thread, but here's how I first heard of Libera...
I'm from Sacramento, CA and way back about 1999 or so I found the first "Libera" CD in a local record store, "Tower Records" in the classical music section, where I was looking for boy choir music.
I'm not too ...

Not that much, I know the idea was that the allies (then) pounded the enemy with artillery and then it was expected they would simply WALK over the enemy. So much so that the order for charging was to WALK...... I think haklf a million men died in that battle, unbelieveable. The graves ...

Re: We Are The Lost
Hi Kay,
This will always be one of my very favorite Libera songs. I think it is a beautiful, haunting way to remember the thousands of soldiers who gave their lives in that terrible war.
Do you know much about the battle where your cousin's great, great grandfather was killed?
