It was briefly mentioned in the Lincoln concert that there was a story behind how a mostly North American mammal got chosen to be the Libera mascot but they didn't tell the story.
Did they ever tell that story in any past concert? Can it be revealed here? Please?

Re: Uk Christmas concert 1st December 2024
A huge thank you to all who posted about the Christmas concert. It must be so cool to attend one. I am envious of those who live close enough for a quick trip. That holiday season between Thanksgiving and Christmas is way too crazy-busy to travel so far and I don't want to cut into my Granny and me ...

Re: The Lark's Last Song
Wow, I didn't expect to feel so somber after this video. I was touched by the old man flying off with his long lost love at the end, kind of like crying at the beginning of Up. The animation was a new touch and fitting to portray a lifetime of longing that would be hard for boys to reenact. I like t...

A huge thank you to all who were lucky enough to attend the concerts in Japan and for your wonderful reviews and pictures. I appreciate being able to get a glimpse into some of the extra touches that showcase additional talents of piano playing, choreography, and linguistic skills. That makes each c...

I think this is an easier link to the Japanese tv video
I keep not recognizing Joseph at first glance. I only realize it the second time around. They all grow up soooooo fast.

Re: Seabird Music Video
Wow, love everything about this video and song. So sweet that it’s a family effort. Kudos to the talented parents for writing such a beautiful song and producing such talented kids to help bring it to life. They must be so proud of each other. I too like the progression from solo in a library to mor...

Re: Libera - One Small Voice (from Beethoven's 'Pathétique' Sonata No. 8 Mov. II Adagio Cantabile)
Since the Pathetique was already one of my favorite Beethoven compositions, I really enjoyed the video and the lovely singing. The vocal arrangement was nicely layered from a solo , to soothing choir, to Joseph's solo interlude, and the build-up of the final passage. Just beautiful!!! The higher and...

Sorry if it sounds like l was being flippant about Victor and Tadgh when everyone is very professional and skilled. Didn’t want to offend anyone. (Stress of the election in 18 days is cooking my brain)

Whoa, the bigs are already not touring internationally. Sigh, it's like empty nest syndrome every year. I guess it's time to study hard for that big test and get ready for sixth form. The kids have all been very talented and clever so hopefully some will continue in the music and arts field. But tha...

Good job by this choir, especially considering that they are singing in what is to them a foreign language and a complicated arrangement!

Re: Dream (new album 2024)
US Amazon site for purchasing the Dream CD has three additional pictures that l can’t seem to copy. There’s one of Joseph and Federico? on stage, one that makes the group look like they are inside a spaceship, bowing to an alien overlord  , and one where they are in a huge green room and you ca...

Re: Dream (new album 2024)
This little game of "Guess the Soloist" is fun. It's like guessing the March Madness final four! I would have loved to provide a prize for the winner with all the correct guesses on the soloist by shipping homemade baked goods to the winner but I think the macarons and chocolate chip cooki...

Re: Dream (new album 2024)
Wow, thanks for finding the poetic reference to “dream you of”. That poem is beautiful, a plaintive elegy to fleeting memories of love and loss often found in our dreams.
Now I’m really looking forward to hearing that new song!!!

Re: Dream (new album 2024)
Ok, I'll put in my two cents about the probable cover art for Dream. Well, it is more artistic than the last two more generic looking covers. It has an ethereal feel to it, considering that the theme is Dream. The three figures are more interesting to look at (the standing figure makes me think of N...

Re: Random tour photos
Great pictures and video of last year tour. I’m glad that they have at least one international tour in Japan this year so the younger ones get to experience an international trip. With the prohibitive cost of an US tour, I hope they can one day come back to America. In the meantime, my Moose Dude wi...
