This is utterly hilarious that people find something my brother's and I thought up and perfected, 'genius'!

When I was younger, because I didn't eat as much, I would just put the sauce and cheese on one half of the tortilla, fold it over and stick it in the toaster oven for a few minutes. Now I make it with two tortillas, and to cook it I usually just put it in the microwave for a minute. So yeah, I guess it is a bit of a pizza quesadilla!
