I don't try to sing along with them. My voice range is on the opposite end of the scale. For me to try to sing along with them would be an act of desecration.

Singing along with them is very difficult, especially if your voice cannot go as high as they can. I guess to most of us, we'll leave the singing up to Libera :)

I like singing to the melodies -- just an octave lower.

I'll sing along at home or in the car, usually the melody. I also try to never sing in public as I lost my singing voice when my voice changed. I used to be part of a boys quartet. But that was way back in late 60's.
If I did sing in public, I'd have to have the same microphone the late Linda McCartney used in concerts, the one that was not hooked up to anything.

I sing along as well! Almost everytime I listen to Libera.

I usually sing the mid-high parts. Since I am not as young as I used to be, I usually do not sing the ridiculously high notes that Liam, Tom, Joe, Ben and Josh does. When I get to those parts, I sing on lower ends to match with Sam's pitch, and then up again.

I can hum, and that's about it...the vocalizations at the end of Adoramus are easy, but the Air soars way above anything I can produce noise-wise.

Humming is nice as well, but I love just basking in the purity of their voices. Have you ever just sat down in a quiet area and put in Libera's CD and put the volume at a reasonable level, not too loud and not too low, just right, get in a comfortable chair, close your eyes and just relax...ahhh peace, love and mercy

Great way to put it, Kevin! I agree completely--Ave Verum, Jubilate and Libera are some of my favorites for that.

Locus iste is incredible...just incredible. If everybody started the day with it, there would be more peace in the world.

I do sing along with them.... in the car, in the house and, sometimes I sing softly without noticing it, as I walk along in a public place such as the mall  And when I'm not singing I'm humming!! My favorites to sing along to are probably Adoramus, Semele, When A Knight, Stay With Me, Love and Mercy, Wings Of A Dove and New Day!! I usually sing the high part, but if I'm feeling like giving my self a challenge I try to sing the harmony.... its fun to sing the harmony to Prayer!!

Yes, Prayer is one of my favourite songs to sing along to; harmonies are fun.
Well, I posted earlier that I usually sing lower harmonies, but I'll sing nearly any part, including the melody. Libera's music is infectious. Sometimes it is difficult not to at least hum along!
But sometimes I just want to listen, really Listen to Libera, and I become so intent on keeping quiet... to take in every bit of the music... that I hold my breath, and don't realize that I'm doing so until my lungs begin to burn.

Yeah!! My favorite songs to "just listen to" are probably I Am The Day, Libera, and Far Away.... they just don't quite fit into my vocal range and it is kinda difficult to sing them!!

Ave Maria (Luminosa and New Dawn), Dies Irae, New Day, Recordare, Sacris Solemnis, Sancta, Sancte, Semele, Sempiterna, Silencium, Something Sings, Vespera...
Something makes me go completely silent and just Listen to those ones.
