God heard my prayers.
Thanks! There is still stock right? I gonna get mine tomorrow or Saturday! YAY!
Yes. I have a feeling they only arrived yesterday or Tuesday. I headed straight for the classical music section where they put all the Libera CD's. You can immediately see Peace there.

No, I said I would say no more on the reasons for the change to the picture, not that I would never mention it again in any form if EMI were almost criminally negligent in their stupidity to use the pre-doctored image again.
Rather different things in my opinion and I'm not in the mood to be questioned on it at the moment.

If I’ve got owt to say I says it, and if I’ve got owt to ask I asks it.
And on a more positive note (fittingly enough for this milestone post), I notice that Peace is 5th in the Amazon UK classical instrumental chart, 7th in the Opera & Vocal sales chart but only 184 in music sales overall.

Wonder how well it will do in Japan as thats seen as biggest market.

Well, best I can make out is that it is no. 355 in the Amazon.JP sales chart - disappointing

Yes, and Tenor by Rolando Villazon has overall been charting in the top 100 for the past 4 weeks I think. I would rather not want to include Forever Vienna (top 12 for the past 6 weeks!!!) because that's really orchestral (and they throw a free live DVD in with it) but Classic FM include this on their weekly chart show.
So even taking into account that all pre-sales orders of Peace (and there as been a long pre-sale run up) tally towards it's first week sales. I would be very surprised but extremely happy if Libera were to make No1 spot on Saturday's Classic FM Charts.

Thats beyond poor but maybe when they go over to promote it will shoot up the charts. At moment is kinda like out of mind out of sight.

I'd say give it time. I mean it's only been out for a few days.
I passed through my local HMV today, and although they have Peace CD's, they are only stocked under their designated area in the Classical section. They weren't even on the New release stand. New Dawn and Eternal were placed on this more high profile stand before.
I was going to enquire about it, but didn't want to come across all Roy Cropper like lol

But the first week is always the week an album sells more. Its when hype is at its most important. As far as i am aware. Sales normally drop off after first week.

I guess that is how it is in the music business. Sporting goods, on the other hand, takes about couple months or so.
