Re: USA tour!!!
The concert tonight must have been a good one--no one has returned to report on it yet!

Re: USA tour!!!
Always a good concert, hehe. :p I heard there was a meet and greet. Anyone want to confirm? Lucky people of the St. Louis concert if there was...*jealous, in a happy way*Thunderhawk261 wrote:The concert tonight must have been a good one--no one has returned to report on it yet!

Re: USA tour!!!
Fabulous concert! Really, really incredible! Just wow!
And yes, there was a full Meet & Greet signing!
I have to do the write-up now, because it was Lexi that would not be at the concert, but I was. My pictures aren't as good as hers would be, but it's something.

Re: USA tour!!!
Hehe Rebecca, that's where I got my info too, but I'm not used to that format yet so was hoping someone would post here.
Wow, a full meet and greet! You're so lucky Lauren. It'd be so fun to just say hi to all the boys and tell them what an awesome job they do, even though they probably already know (lol). Did you get a poster? It's been kinda disappointing that this has been the first concert on this tour where anything has been available for purchase. From my understanding there weren't any CDs available, but you could buy posters, right? Cool anyway for you getting to meet them 'n stuff. *melts*

I think I need to sign off now too Szepilona, otherwise I'll be up all night listening to Libera songs or watching those videos that JimmyRiddle posted, lol. Does that count as being obsessed? *sigh* It just boggles my mind how such beautiful sound can be produced by anything on earth. Especially now that I've heard them in concert, and their sound is even BETTER than I could have ever dreamed. Yeah, it's time for bed. G'night Rebecca and Lauren and anyone else who's lurking or just posting!Szepilona wrote:just how I feel...I hope that they have good reports tomorrow (today actuallyLuxVenit wrote:Always a good concert, hehe. :p I heard there was a meet and greet. Glory to Thee my God this night, for all the blessings of the light! Keep me O keep me, King of Kings, beneath thine own almighty wings!

New blog from the boys: http://www.libera.org.uk/blog/usa_tour_2011_part_one" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
It sounds like a new writer than the ones we had before. Anyone want to guess?
They got their picture taken with Miley Cyrus
I bet that was a highlight for them
The writer mentions the heatwave. "The church was like a furnace; fortunately some fans were bought to our great relief" Oh boy. I can just imagine the scene - there they are, in the middle of a heatwave, having to wear their robes and singing under the stage lights and apparently (though WHY is a puzzle to me) the church is not equipped to deal with these temperatures. So one of the chaperones dashes out to find a dollar store to get a load of fans. "No Mam they're all sold out I'm afraid." Oh no! "Try the next block", etc etc. Until she heroically returns with them. (sorry about that, my imagination caught up with me
) I wonder just how much relief a bunch of fans can give, because they wouldn't be used on stage.
What game are Jude and Ben playing there? (--edit: ah, I bet it's croquet)

I am betting they will love to till there friends they met her.
I hold my hands up and say i was wrong about a M&G . Exciting for the people who got to meet them and take pictures.
Also the boys seem to be in there own clothes on the short break they had. Not often you see that,

Re: USA tour!!!
That blog, especially the opening paragraph has Ben's style written all over it lol - I could be wrong but i just think it's him.
Yep, Libera surprise us again, they are anything but predicatable
with a meet and greet. I guess their day may not have been as long as say Sunday for example, and all security measures were met. Nice to see that 'bridge' between the fans and the boys connect together and the right conditions were in place to support this.
Someone who went to the concert on Yahoo group spoke to one of the officials and mentioned the whole trip/tour costs in the region of $225k
P.S. I keep saying it but thanks again to Lexi & her mom Lauren for their excellent blogs during this tour.
I heard Cassius the Charmer complemented Lauren on her dress lol

Re: USA tour!!!
I 100% agree with it being Ben who wrote it. It is him all over.

I'm so jealous! I look forward to your write-up!Lauren wrote:Fabulous concert! Really, really incredible! Just wow!

I also agree that it's Ben that wrote the latest blog entry. He has a very distictinve writing style, which I find awesome, haha.

Today is the lucky day- we got a new blog posting!

It's definitely a new writer again, I think one of the older boys.
The emphasis on a decent greeting, such expressions like ''tuck in to the glorious feast of words'' ''screen was absolutely ginormous'' (I had to look this one up in the dictionary ... as usual

In any case, it's a true pleasure to read their blog!
Speaking of the picture with Miley Cyrus, yeah I think it was a highlight for her ...

Re: USA tour!!!
I see Kavana talked everyone into letting him stand right beside Miley Cyrus.

Re: USA tour!!!
Libera fans (and maybe Libera themselves) are arriving in Frisco! I'm ready for Sunday
