"Off topic" forum

"Off topic" forum
I was thinking that it would be nice to have an off topic forum just for general discussion of non-Libera related things as is common with a lot of forums.

I think there are limitations of discussion in Libera Dreams' "Off Topic" section. I've frequented forums where the off topic section deteriorated into "flame fests" as people with sharply conflicting opinions grew increasingly bitter.
