"We are here in the pub of the hotel, with current, because batteries were harshly solicited.

SUPERB CONCERT!!!

Very very nice party, great ambience, the room was very active!

Loose impressions:

The broad stage made them move on bigger distance than on habits, babies owed almost steps dispelled to cross the distance to be gone through.

Sam, Jonhatan Barrington and Alfie changed little their hairstyle, but check, easy in reconnaitre at the end of some seconds.

Both new: Henry Barrington looks very much like his older brother, easy to recognise upon the resemblance. He is not very big, the same size as Sammy.

Matthew Rangel-Alvares: it is portrayed Mexican, easy to recognise.
It is he who made the high flights of fancy on Stay with me, and it has a terrifically soft, superb, warm-hearted, rich voice, ahurrissante said Fred!!

These two are new to the group, and did not participate on a number mattering from song. That is that at the end of a song in 23, they could see two small silhouettes slipping behind the scenes inconspicuously, and come back to the song according to.
Surement that he had no time even to learn all the words and their passages.

Check, I am going to unwind sequence

1) Intro by the only orchestra: " Divertimento in D major ", of Mozart.
2) Adoramus, with enchainement live broadcasting on
3) Gloria in Excelsis
- Addresses from Ralph and Josh " We are Libera, etc ".
4) Far away, with MiniBen as the soloist, I thought it was very good, as in Arundel. It does not replace Michael’s, but very good!
5) Stay with me, with Daniel Fontanaz as soloist. Personally I found it, let us say perfect. I thought it was tensed, tense, and a not very assured voice but good, simple personal opinion, Fred does not share my opinion, for shone Daniel was wholly definitely.
- Sammy's address: I found it as absentee. It was great concentrated solution on its text, and he did not smile, did not look at the public, and crossed no emotion I do not follow on that it is adapted well to recite speechs...
- Sancté
- Piece of the orchestra: " Sad Waltz " of Sibelius
- Piece of the orchestra: " Romantic Waltz " of Sibelius
A small word on these pieces of the orchestra: it was annoying! Liberas escaped behind the scenes, and the orchestra played long great pieces, and really not much entrainants. I am in no way music lover, grieved if I shock the amateurs....
They abolished of programs of great songs (Going home, Mystérium), to put full of too long pieces barbants damage.
The choices of pieces would have been able to be better chosen, more living, more approachable to the laymen...
- Salva me, with high notes sung by Stephan LeadBeater, as usual.

To follow..
Fan_de_LoK"

I am pretty sure much is lost in translation, but it seems that Fan_de_Lok loved libera but hated the orchestra. 8)

More from Fan_de_Lok:

"Sanctus,
- Ralph's address
- Ave Maria, with Ed and Ben in soloists
- Libera, with Liam in Soloist

Intermission. Ben and Ralph were always smiling

- Taken back by the orchestra: " Waltz from Serenade for G-strings in C major " of Tchaikovsky

- Sakura: begun in 13, of back, very nice, very soft, very fair in voice.
I never thought much of this song but there she was nicely sung. Superb blue illumination.
- Enchainée with Onorico Flow, with the boys divided in 4 groups, unstable in the course of movement, with big distance to go through on Stage. Parties soloists sung together by Ben, Josh and Liam)
- You were there, soloist: Josh: very very successful! He has grown since Arundel (seems to me), he is bigger than Tom, he gave me the impression of Ben Crawley when he was so big among the others. His voice happily seemed to me undamaged, but I am persuaded that Edimbourg will be the last opportunity of Josh in soloist. It made small movements of throats to go to search some high-pitched, a bit as Tom in his last time.

- Sacris Solemnis, superb! A splendid blue illumination, the boys divided in two lining up, in order of size, with James Mr and Freddie at each end, and the biggest in the centre, with Ben and Ed making junction.

- Orchestra " Dance of the blessed Spirits ", of Gluck. Still one very very annoying pieces, without the boys as music without relief I do not understand these choices...

- Love and Mercy: Splendid, very successful, intense and deep, with Josh in soloist, very good. A big instant!!

- Freddie's address, announcing the last piece, and thanking the orchestra, and all boys applauded.

- I am the day, Josh and Sam, with Ed's support in the middle.
Superb!!
Social status unprompted applause of all room, long and supported, a lot of clapping and shouting in the room.

Encore:
- Libera. This time they took back one of those sung during show. Very successful.
Unfortunately there was not second recall, boys were quick to leave because they came from Belfast (3 hours of road) and had to go back to it immediately.

There was therefore no Meet and Greet after the show, contrary to what paper program had announced us wrongly.

Check, to go, beddy-byes, suite tomorrow, because there reveil in 3 h 30 for pécho the first train for Belfast.

It will be necessary to speak to you of her second choirs (St Peter' s BNS Fall, Monasterevin, Kildare), which had come in audience, and gave us two songs on the steps of NCH.

Information of Fred: The concert Libera was made with only 37 places of free, that is 1191 persons present at the concert. A very pretty success!!!"

I noticed that there was no soloist listed for "Sancte"--does that mean that Liam is no longer singing the solo part? I did see that he was the soloist on "Libera". Does he still sing the high parts on "Stay with Me"? His speaking voice sounded so deep when they were at the Crystal Cathedral (seen from an interview on Youtube) that I was curious if he'd still be able to hit those notes a few months later. If he did, I'm really glad though because his voice is amazing.

I was wondering about the 'Sancte' solo too. I just checked the yahoo group and Alan has done a quick report, but no mention about the Sancte solo. I guess we just have to wait wait a little for these enthrusiatic fans to get their beauty sleep, so they can tell us more tomorrow.

When you miss me just look up to the night sky and remember, I'm like a star; sometimes you can't see me, but I'm always there.

Thank you . Personally i am now glad i didnt go as i would of hated the fact that it was filled with 5 orchestra pieces . I would of paid to see Libera not the orchestra so i would not of been happy. But the orchestra was only in Dublin so i wonder if they will once again change back to the Arundel set list or it means a very short concert in Belfast and Scotland.

I would imagine they would go back to the Arundel list. Without the orchestral pieces the concert would be.... about an hour probably, which is very short!!

So, one of the two new boys is Henry Barrington? That would be the boy in the middle of Kavana and James, am i right? And yes! That boy is like a mini version of Jonathan..
The older boys seem happy as if don't really mind about their voice change, that's quite relieving
