Dare I ask what he thinks to dads choice of music? :D
ha ha ha  ... he thinks I am mad... when I put libera on in the car, he just sticks his headphones on, turns on his iPod and turns his volume way up  ... he usually grunts and moans "..bleedin' angel voices uhh" .. I generally call him a culturless git when he groans about it. Ya can't win them all !!
To be honest at that age i was the same, Fast forward 7 years and i adore Libera. And even tho im 22 and a girl all most of my friends think im odd listening to them. Thats why when i went to Arundel i dragged my dad along for the day as none of my friends was interested. Neither was my dad but im still his baby girl so he gave in. Lets be honest for people my age and younger its just not the in thing to listen to boy choirs.
Haha, I wasn't dragging my mother with me when I went to see Libera at Hartford! I had resigned myself to the idea that my family was too busy and there was no way I was going to get to Connecticut for the concert. But my mom was all for it and even though its about a 6 hour drive from where I am, we got there! And boy was it worth it

Still no announcements about other venues (I'm getting really grumpy here), but they've released a video ad for the Manila concert.
The promotional video is great! I'm actually pretty amazed at the promo videos Libera has produced.. I wonder who's the one who did it??? I wonder if its Big Ben or Sam or Steven or maybe they got professionals to do it? Hmm.. For the celtic tours promos, the audio tracks blended in perfectly with the video and this new one is just as great! Great job to whoever who did it!

So Josh will really celebrate his birthday in the Philippines. Too bad Oct 28 is an even worse date for me. I'll probably just go to the concert on the 25th...Come on, Libera. It's just 3 more hours from Cebu to Singapore!

I was just fooling around on the website for tickets for the Plenary Hall - the best seats you can get now are the ones costing 2000.

Based on no science what so ever, that means that the 1291 better seats are gone. Given that there will also be a number of cheaper tickets sold as well there should be a very big audience with a month of selling time still to go (and I assume some pre-concert media appearance to ramp up interest).

Good news I think :D

LOL - I tried using best seat available option and it gave me a seat in the 2k area -fool that I am I assumed that the best seat would be based on price and that a 2k seat would be worse than 2.5k or 3k seat. Obviously that foolish English logic doesn't work in the Philippines

Sigh...still holding out here. But I may just give in soon. The Vienna Boys' Choir is also coming here in November.

I wish I could travel out of the country just like that too. Sadly I can't. I still need my parents' permission and the likes of them agreeing is slim. VERY slim. Damn.. Cebu. Where I came from. When's Vienna Boys' Choir coming? I'd like to catch their concert as well.

Really sad if Libera won't come to Singapore. So near yet so very far...

Nope, I don't think so. I find the tickets abit on the high side. I'm gladly pay that for a Libera concert, but not so for Vienna Boys'.
