Re: Other Choirs, Singers, Musicians that you like
I was considering this concert but my schedule doesn't allow it. Plus I'm not a big fan of much of Bach's music (I can appreciate it but it's not something I would seek out purposefully).

Yeah. If it were convenient for me, I'd go just for the rather unique chance to see them. However, since their nearest concert is 1,000 miles away, I'll pass.Surpinto wrote: 3 weeks ago I was considering this concert but my schedule doesn't allow it. Is the English name of the Regensburger Domspatzen really only Regensburg Cathedral Choir instead of Regensburg Cathedral Sparrows?Luckdragon wrote: 2 weeks ago Young Voices Festival

Anyway, due to an eye surgery next week, planning is vague, but if there's a tiny, tiny, tiniest chance to attend, I will, because Escolanía de Montserrat singing a concert in Germany and me not attending, that doesn't fit.

So in a fit of optimism, I bought tickets. At first only for two, meanwhile for all four concerts ...

Google must have official English names for things like this. It left "kreuzchor" and "escolania" untouched.filiarheni wrote: 2 weeks ago Is the English name of the Regensburger Domspatzen really only Regensburg Cathedral Choir instead of Regensburg Cathedral Sparrows? How boring

Anyway, I hope you can go. At least your ears will be fine.
