Well I will join your duet and i'm sure our trio will send them running in fear of their lives.

Well now I heard you sing Paul and it's not THAT bad
(You were there as well Yorkie and FDL but further away - still, I can't say I heard anything disastrous

)

Seating plan is put up on their site -
http://www.alexandrapalace.com/whats-on ... lebration/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
When I was talking with Stefan's mum after the opera, she knew about the BBC's concert, and she said that Stefan would miss it too...or something. (If my memory is correct...) I think it means Libera IS attending the concert, even though as just chorus of someone.
Anyway we will see what happens soon.

Thanks for the link Yuki.
The seat I bought a week ago is 37 rows closer to the stage than the one I bought over a month ago.
Go figure!
John

Thank you for the link Yuki

And I hope you are right about Libera's presence, you give back me hope
As John I'm very surprised by the seating rules applied by the organization
I booked my seat very soon at the sale opening, and I'm seated row L in a D block... it's 65 rows away from the stage !
It's like they filled the room starting at the back of it.

I agree, it does seem strange the way they have allocated the tickets, unless there have been some returns that have benefited late buyers. The seating is not stepped either, I think it's flat, so not the best position for those at the back of the great hall.
You would think they would have a large screen going; many in the audience will be elderly folk some with poor eyesight. Then again would that interfere with the filming?

They originally asked for singers to come forward to sit in the audience (plants!) and I suspect they did not get as many as they'd hoped!

Thanks Dani
No choir this morning at Norbury, as they were already involved with SoP rehearsals

We (Yorkie and I) arrived around 13:00, already many people here, enjoying the sight over London skyline
We had a quite nice lunch at the local Café and we ambled around Alexandra Palace for a while
Here two photos of the program.
The rest of the program is scores of the songs.
No other mention about Libera than on these two first pages, no photo of any artist.
Apparently Libera will be part of Stage Choir and will not have a song by their own.
Yorkie and I will try to arrange change our tickets, as we are seated very far from the stage, but it's going to be quite miraculous due to the number of people already here and questioning the information desk
