Re: Logging off
I'm using IE 9, and it works fine for me.
Re: Logging off
IE8 for me- probably that's the problem here.
I'll try to upgrade to IE9 today or tomorrow

You need Windows Vista or Windows 7 for IE9.Murkskis wrote:IE8 for me- probably that's the problem here.

But it could be an error in the html-code, I made a PM to Paul.
Instead of IE9 (when you are working with XP) you could install Firefox 4 (yes I know, there are also some other ones - but I'm a FF-Fan )

You know I could tell some stories about coincidences in my life but this would be off-topic.
But returning to the topic- the point is I got a new PC last friday with .... Windows 7 ...
P.s. How did you know that I was using XP before?
Is it just a guess of yours or some superior hacking skills?
Whatever, I will install FF on the old PC as well

Re: Logging off
viabuona has kindly offered his technical skills and I have made a small change that may help with the compatability of IE8.
Members with IE8, could you check that you have your logoff link and pm indicator in the top right corner.
Thanks.

Re: Logging off
Just a workaround for now untill the weekend. Bookmark this link and use it when you need to logoff.

I'm on Opera 11, and it looks fine for me.

Re: Logging off
I was in the public library today and went to Libera Dreams. Their computers run on Internet Explorer (don't know which version but it looked pretty old) and I had the problem of not seeing the "Log in" thingy. The page loaded and it was there but lower than where I normally see it (my own computer has Firefox 4), and then when the page had fully loaded the masthead covered it. I did see "Register" so I clicked on that and when that page opened lo and behold the "Log in" thing was there. So I logged in and posted etc but then when I wanted to log out it kept being disappeared behind Ralph.
So - if you don't see "Log in" try "Register" and go from there - and maybe just end your browsing session in order to log off...

Thanks for the information maartendas, I know its a little anoying and I would suggest to those that need to log off, dont use remember me option and just end your browser session as maartendas suggested
I don't think I should spend time fixing this untill we have decided on the final look of Libera Dreams, as the fault is style related.
