As I have said before, please do not expect a reply to your email. Rest assured that all messages sent to them are read no matter what, however we cannot guarantee a reply every time. Also please keep in mind that the reply to your email is NOT from the boys but from a representative of the boys whether it be the webmaster of their official website or a representative or official from their record label.

This is quite true. The boys are NOT allowed to send anykind of personal emails at all, with no exceptions.
They are only allowed to blog and even those must be approved by the webmaster.
This all stems from something I mentioned in another thread.
