There are some who cross an ocean just for one concert.
Crossing two shire is not so big deal
Mind the Hobbitses.
Actually it sounds like a much more upmarket festival than somewhere like Glastonbury (went there once, absolute mud fest, had my hat stolen)
The Wilderness Festival, by contrast, offers a champagne garden...
I'm happy that one fan will make it to give us all a report and I hope you really enjoy it!

In case anybody didn't read the regulations for the festival, here's one that might be relevant to your situation:
Alcohol limits – 12 cans beer / lager / cider / pre-mixed drinks OR 2 bottles of wine (decanted into plastic bottles) per person OR a combination of the two i.e. 6 cans and 1 bottle. Strictly no spirits or hard liquor. You may only bring your allowance of alcohol in on first entry. You cannot leave site and return with more. Searches will be undertaken upon entry. If you leave the site, you may be searched again upon re-admittance. ÂAny alcohol above this allocation will be confiscated. This alcohol may only be consumed in the campsite.

12 cans for how many days?? Oh, the humanity!
Glad I'm not going then.
Although... they didn't specify the type of beer. Got any of that Utopias stout left Surpinto?

I wish!
So absurd it is! The wine has to be decanted into plastic bottles too?

To be fair it doesn’t specify the size of the bottles.

This morning my backpack was not controled.
A guy asked me if I had anything prohibited, showing me a long list.
I read quickly the list and replied 'no', et voilÃ

I'm somewhat hoping that they do something unexpected, such as launching stuffed moose into the crowds like they would at a sporting event.

I'll go with 8 songs; In no particular order
Sanctus
Stay with Me
Sacris Solemnis
Always with You
Let me make songs for the People
Sing for our World
Smile
Libera
Outsiders; Wonderful World and How Shall I sing that Majesty
p.s. thanks for the twitter updates Patrick... the stage looks good for manoeuvring with lots of space...just a shame it's a daylight performance which will subdue the lighting effects.

Is that a photo of an actual device, or is it just imaginary? Anyways, I was thinking that the "tent" might limit its range somewhat. However, I'm glad the tent is there because I think it might help acoustically, at least for those who aren't outside its reach.

It's an image of real device that I rebranded and added a Libera hand at the bottom to hold it.
Called Sanctus... otherwise know as Pachelbel's Can(n)on
Yeah I hope the sound quality is good for fan_de_lok
