Re: What to expect from Libera in 2025
Well, one wish has already come true from my rant a couple months ago. I'm not saying there wasn't any good music featured, but the overall quality went downhill in recent years.fugalharmony wrote: 3 months ago . I wish the producers who have ruined "Songs of Praise" would consider bringing Libera on board again. It would certainly improve the program, but....

Re: What to expect from Libera in 2025
Is Japan looking unlikely for this year now? And nothing in the calendar for the summer?
Just realised that the (academic) Year 10s (14-15 year olds) age out this summer, and because we’ve already lost half of that group - Laurence D, Lewis Q, Luca - we may be short on Bigs if the remaining boys - Ethan, Freddie H, Mitchel - don’t come back for Christmas 2025.
The Bigs line up for Christmas 2024 was fully made up of recent alumni, so if we don’t see much more of the boys who’ll be ageing out this summer, Christmas 2025 could possibly all be the following academic year’s Year 10s - Cameron, Morgan, Nathan and Thomas M - provided they stay with us.
Also, was Luca the last one out to have worked with Rob?
I really hope the current crop get to watch footage of previous Libera members and get to learn Rob’s musical ethos.

Re: What to expect from Libera in 2025
There have definitely been no announcements about a summer tour. Let’s hope if they do plan to do a summer tour, we will hear soon because prices for hotels and travel will only get more expensive.

We can also be grateful that Sam, Steven, Liam, Josh, Raoul, Ben C. and others on staff are there to continue in Robert Prizeman's spirit.Mercurial909 wrote: 1 week ago Is Japan looking unlikely for this year now?
