My top three places to visit would be...

2) Great wall of China, and try to walk the whole thing

3) Victoria Falls

What are the top three places in the world you wish to visit?
1. Switzerland (Swiss alps and skiing)
2. Canada (Niagara Falls)
3. London/USA/Scandinavian countries like Denmark or Sweden

I'll love to travel to anywhere that has cool weather and beautiful scenery eg. lakes and snow-capped mountains. :D Better still if I get to live there all year round!

When you miss me just look up to the night sky and remember, I'm like a star; sometimes you can't see me, but I'm always there.

Hi Whitetail - What part of Germany will you be going to? Do you have German ancestry there?

I very much enjoy traveling...and sometimes it's the traveling itself that's as much what I look forward to as the destination.

Nevertheless....
1. Australia
2. The Azores
3. Alaska in the summertime

(I visited a friend in Fairbanks, Alaska around Christmas and New Year's some years ago. It was great to see my friend, but I didn't get a chance to see much of the scenery, thanks to the lack of sunlight. I gathered it was theoretically beautiful, though.)

#3 and possibly #2 may change depending upon my mood. #1 probably won't unless/until I get there.

I've been there once before with my highschool band but it wasn't a really good trip since everything was all planned out for us

For the first three weeks I'll be traveling all around not really sure where since I havn't sat down and done any planning. The last week I'll be staying with my mothers cousin who lives in a small town somewhere south east of Munchen.

All four of my grandparents came from germany before the first world war

I earned a Letter in music when I graduated from high school when I was 18 in 1977. I earned it by the sheer amount of time and energy I put into my music studies when in high school. At one point, in my junior year(11th grade) I was in 6 different music groups at the same time. I played french horn so I was in a fair amount of demand as there were only 4 of us in the school.

Congrats to you, that’s exciting! I thought my high school had a halfway decent music program, but we only ever had two French horns (and only because we recruited them from the trombone section). Was your music department especially big?

When I was about ten years old, I won a prize in a “Create Your Own Furby” contest by sending in my concept sketches. The grand prize would’ve been a copy of the Furby I’d designed, but I was a runner-up, so they sent me a Valentine Furby instead. LOOK AT THIS THING. I had nightmares for months!!

When I was 17 I was on our local swim team. I won a special award for the most spirited person on the team :D Only one is given out every season so being the one picked out of 200 some kids was a wonderful feeling. Boy do I miss those days
