Musical instruments, printer, various organizations, and also the hotel of their stay.

The hotel has even published a sympatic welcome word to Libera :)

It is ideally located on the edge of Lake Ontario and looks very nice, they will have a great time there :)
Good to hear about the supporters :D

The hotel seems to be quite royal!
My only complaint is that they might have ordinary doors

But the interior- just wow ... (feels like in a museum  )
small detail- the clock: 8)
" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
And the indoor swimming pool is there! (some kids may fancy this stuff)

BTW, that clock reminds me this episode... (I hope you aren't bored to death yet):

But still a bit off-topic ...

Edit: I was so worried about those doors, got some updates

I found it very interesting that World Vision Canada is one of their sponsors. I mean it's nice that they sponsored Libera but I'm just a bit surprised.

Patrick, it is indeed very nice, and just happens to be where I have reservations from 14th-18th and from 20th to 25th! I am delighted to see that the Royal York (which is where the Queen stays when she visits Canada) is sponsoring their visit. Our princes of music deserve a little luxury.

Interesting to see that World Vision is also a sponsor. This is a charity that my wife and I have supported for many years admiring what they do for children in the third world.

Yorkie, it's not too late to change your plans.

Nice one John. It says Libera fans & Family so if you mentioned 'Libera' you might have got a discount ;) lol

So now we can see why Libera decided on a compact tour with minimal geographical coverage. It's nice of the hotel to host them in this way, and it looks like they will include some recreational activites for them to do. It also mentions an 'event'. Wonder if the boys will have to sing for their supper!

P.S. The brits are experiencing a mini-heatwave this weekend, especially considering it's only early April, so that's probably why our representation as been thin on the ground the past few days. I'm about to attend the earliest seasonal BBQ ever!

laters.

Hello, everyone!
It seems that you guys are more into the details (you know them better, I mean), so I guess I'm going to ask my question....

Does anyone know anything about Meet & Greets? Are there going to be any?

Thanks in advance!

You wouldn't think Libera were peforming at FSA on the 15th. No mention on the church website, no mention at the services, no mention on facebook. It's not even detailed on their online calendar.

Are you sure we've got the right church?

I noticed that, also. However, there is a Libera concert being advertised for that venue. Details are to be found on the Amabile Choirs of London, Canada website.

I just checked the "Ticekt Web" site and re-checked the poster on the Libera site. Both indicate that there will be a concert on April 15 at First St. Andrew's United Church in London, ON. By the way, some tickets are still available.

The April 17th concert at Islington United Church in Toronto is completely sold out - both on Ticketweb and at the church! Congratulations to everyone who will be going! I know some fans from Japan coming in just for that concert! :D

400 - it is the smallest venue of the 7.

That's not bad though in my opinion. I mean there isn't a huge advertising campaign or anything and it is their first time. Quite a promising start I think. Lets hope each concert gains 100 fans - by the time they do the last one they would be hanging from the rafters

I agree! Tickets have only been for sale since March 17th! This IS a great start! :D

And we'll be sure to take pictures of everyone hanging from the rafters!
