Hmm... a lot of new names that I won't be able to recognize on stage!

Ciaran. Was he in the recent Canada/US tours? I can't recall if he was or he wasn't. But I did read his name credited in The Christmas Album.

How about Isaac London? Sounds new to me, but perhaps I have just forgotten if he joined the Canada/US tours. Also Jakub Neidermaier-Reed, Michael Ustynovych-Repa, and Thomas Delgado-Little. Thomas, I've read his name in The Christmas Album, but not sure if he'd been on tour before.

Isaac was new on the U.S. tour, as were Matt M., Thomas, Ben F., Orlando and Michael. Ciaran and Jakub are new for the upcoming tour of the Philippines, of the members we have seen so far. Some of them may have also performed in local concerts in London to gain experience, but for Ciaran and Jakub, as I said, this will be their first tour abroad.

Thanks for confirming, Labbie. I thought there were too many new names already in Canada/US tours. Now they add at least 2 new names. :) L360 said they'll post pics of the touring members. That should help those planning to attend the Meet and Greet at the malls greet them by name. :)

With 19 already announced and a pool of 13 more potential attendees, I hope your guess is a little low but I'm
thinking it is going to be right on the money.

The 13 who have yet to be announced as going are Barney, Ben P, Eoghan, Freddie, Jakob, Josh, Kavana, Liam
Matt, MJ, Orlando, Ralph and Sam.

Yup, I believe this is the first concert for Jakub. He must be younger than Cassius, then. I wonder if Mine and Sire will be joining an international tour for the first time. That would be awesome!

I got a sneaking suspicion the addition of two 'first time newbies' will turn out to be a replacement for some more familiar faces. I hope that I am wrong ofcourse but I can hardly imagine that many boys coming over. But who knows.

Something else struck me in the official message on Libera's website:

While we are in the Philippines we will also be making time to learn about the work of Children's Hour, which is the charity we are supporting through our concerts.

I think it's pretty unique for a charity to support another charity but as I am writing this, I remember Libera supporting one in Canada as well (World Vision if I recall correctly?). I wonder in what way Libera will be supporting Children's Hour and maybe some of the Philippine fans can tell us a bit more about this charity? :)

I honestly thought children's hour meant cartoon time on tv every morning
I swear i sometimes i do hear on tv 'this cartoon was brought to you by the children's hour.'

Boy, was i wrong. I think it's various projects such as sending more kids to school, helping children who are victims of calamities, help build classrooms and many other worthy causes.

Here's their website: http://www.childrenshour.org.ph/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Don't worry I am positive he is as he is now libera's major soloist . He has about 8 track on the Xmas track .

It's just likei predicted that the big names have been last to be revealed . The saying is " keep the best till last " and that's what's 360 has done . It keeps people going back to their site and gets them traffic .

The name Children's Hour comes from their suggestion that everyone give 1 hour of their wages each year to the charity. So 1 hour per year you're working for the Philippines' needy kids. :D

It's really heartwarming and inspiring to see Libera - who do so much for young boys growing up in south London - making an effort for children in difficult circumstances around the world. I remember one of the boys in the Songs of Praise special who said "we have discovered our talents and are putting them to good use" (I think it might've been Josh) and that is exactly what they are doing in this case as well. Besides supporting a good cause, it also works on the level of educating other kids their age, and setting an example of caring and broadening their horizon. It's things like these, big or small, that make me extra proud to be a Libera fan :D
