I found a program that downloads BBC iPlayer in HD - the shows come on a day or two later but you can download them ok

I don't think that works anymore Yorkie. It was hit 'n' miss to start with, but now I think the BBC have updated their DRM with Adobe AIR and made their material even harder to bypass it's stringent DRM barriers. At one time you could download from Iplayer in WMV format but now they are all MP4 wrapped up in a DRM straight jacket. Somebody come alongs and breaks it, but then the BBC just update their software and it's back to square one.

Well, it worked last week when I downloaded the Prince Charles documentary that was shown on BBC4. Don't say it is easy to use but has always worked for me up to now.
