Not only did the boys have a successful tour, but it looks like they had a great time just being boys! Sand structures, climbing, and so on, even dirtying up their robes (I wonder how they managed to do that?) while handing out leaflets!

A really cute blog! :D

I need to look up that animal park, it sounds great - is it well known, because the boy writing the blog made it sound so.
It made me wonder if there could be a sort of sponsorhsip or promotion deal with zoos around areas they wish to tour.... Hmmm..... For one thing, Libera boys are into cuddly creatures (Moose!) and both animals and Libera boys have a huge feelgood appeal for young and old. And since Libera has a tradition of working together with good causes, maybe there could be something in there. Just a thought.

Oh, and I loved how there was another Tintin reference in a Libera blog 8)

AND I loved the part at the beach! That picture of them all crowding round something small in the water amid the sand - that could've totally been me at their age (heck, it could STILL be me  )
And it was a very funny thing for them to build a castle with a mass schedule

--edit PS I take back my doubts about having the boys promote their own concerts. Apparently they liked it :)

Yes, to British people of a certain age it is :D Gerald Durrell was a very famous in the UK:

the tv series based on his book was very popular and worth looking up if it's on YouTube

I remember reading the book,'"My Family and Other Animals", very humourous, indeed. Imagine having a pair of puppies named Widdle and Puke (apparently that is all that they did when the Durrell family first got them!).

Thanks Yorkie :)
If Libera ever comes to the Netherlands there's plenty of great zoos they can visit :D

Labbie, that's hilarious :) I remember when my brother and his family had a Welsh Corgi puppy. Several times a day you could hear someone shout 'Puddle!' across the living room and the other person would come running with a roll of kitchen tissue  (though Puddle never became the dog's name - the dog's name was Cymru, the Welsh name for Wales :))

I love this picture but I'm not sure who it is. Michael UR? (I have a hard time catching up with the newbies lately..)

Btw it's funny how the concerts get the least mention of all - I guess they leave the concert reviewing to us
Though I'd love to hear more from their side of the experience.
