Elaine Paige - Memory, My mother played this song, often. I know it well.
He sung it beautifully.

He really did. It's great to see good quality recordings of him singing live - you can see the passion and expression he puts into it and his interaction with the accompanist - and it just makes it clear that he's in his element.
I know this has been mentioned before but Luca's range of repertoire is extraordinary. He's got the classic boy chorister pieces: Pie Jesu, Panis Angelicus, Litany to the Holy Spirit and then secular classical pieces like The Glittering Sun, the musicals and show tunes he clearly loves, songs from films, pop songs both modern and the classics like Fields of Gold and Both Sides Now and ones that have a more folk song feel like The Rose and Lift the Wings. And then there's his Libera work which has a huge variety in itself: the high pure descants of pieces like Voca Me, the beautiful simplicity and sincerity of Nearer my God to Thee and Gaelic Blessing, the traditional Libera solos like Far Away, classic boy soprano pieces like Walking in the Air and totally different styles like Poor Little Jesus and the Lighthouse. Is there anything he can't sing?
