So, can we name the boys who were there? did somebody count 21 earlier & were we expecting 24 on tour? I understand the temperatures have been extreme over there - hope nobody has succumbed to the heat.

Not Roman Catholic but if you want high church Anglican (basically Catholic light without the Saints & Mary) then you will get no better podcast than the service from St John's College Choir, Cambridge.phlibera wrote:Don't worry Murkskis, I think Jimmy and Chix said they're recording it. They'll probably upload soon.
Anybody know of a Catholic church in UK that stream their service live? Preferably a church with famous English choirs. Hehe... I wouldn't know who these choirs are, but I'm sure those of you from UK would know them.
This would be the first time I "attended" a Presbyterian service. It strikes me how similar their service is to the Roman Catholic mass. It's like an abridged RC mass.
Anyhow, I think it was Stefan who closed Sanctus in the Philippine leg of their Spring Tour. So I'm guessing it was him who also closed the one in the service earlier.
They are on summer holiday at the moment but there should be some of their previous services available as podcasts:

There are not many better choirs in the UK. Actually scrap that, there are no better choirs in the UK.
If I’ve got owt to say I says it, and if I’ve got owt to ask I asks it.

Unless you dedicated fans can get something up before then..........
And hopefully will put it on Youtube !?

Speaking of "How Can I Keep from Singing", it was the longer version (not the one in Eternal). Was it the same in the Arundel concert?Murkskis wrote:What about HCIKS ?chix wrote:I tried to record the video but it's not my lucky day. everything worked fine from the previous mass until the opening but my internet connection always stop when it's already Libera's part. UGH. I videoed the whole part of the pastor and even the readings. But only half of Sanctus....

Well all the normal boys and plus one new blond kid.
Thanks Yorkie. I will check that. I did a quick check of the website of St. Paul Cathedral, but I didn't see any webcast.Yorkie wrote:Not Roman Catholic but if you want high church Anglican (basically Catholic light without the Saints & Mary) then you will get no better podcast than the service from St John's College Choir, Cambridge.phlibera wrote:Anybody know of a Catholic church in UK that stream their service live? This is awesome! I rushed home from church to read pages and pages of play-by-play from you all! Thank you so much. Sorry I had to miss it, but hopefully someone can post the video on YouTube or the church will have it available on their website later. Happy, happy, happy for everyone who saw it or got to be there in person!

Well, my recording of How Can I Keep From Singing worked, but the rest of the service cut off and the video stopped working too...Lexi wrote:This is awesome! St Paul's is Anglican as well. Westminster Cathedral (as distinct from Westminster Abbey which is also Anglican) has the best Catholic choir in the UK (and possibly one of the best in the world) but it doesn't do podcasts I'm afraid. None of our major churches do (apart from St John's).phlibera wrote: Thanks Yorkie. I will check that. I did a quick check of the website of St. Paul Cathedral, but I didn't see any webcast.
By the way, that most recent St John's podcast is a bit dull
