Anybody know of a Catholic church in UK that stream their service live? Preferably a church with famous English choirs. Hehe... I wouldn't know who these choirs are, but I'm sure those of you from UK would know them.

This would be the first time I "attended" a Presbyterian service. It strikes me how similar their service is to the Roman Catholic mass. It's like an abridged RC mass.

Anyhow, I think it was Stefan who closed Sanctus in the Philippine leg of their Spring Tour. So I'm guessing it was him who also closed the one in the service earlier.
Not Roman Catholic but if you want high church Anglican (basically Catholic light without the Saints & Mary) then you will get no better podcast than the service from St John's College Choir, Cambridge.

They are on summer holiday at the moment but there should be some of their previous services available as podcasts:

http://www.sjcchoir.co.uk/default.php?page=webcast" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

There are not many better choirs in the UK. Actually scrap that, there are no better choirs in the UK.
If I’ve got owt to say I says it, and if I’ve got owt to ask I asks it.

What about HCIKS ?
Speaking of "How Can I Keep from Singing", it was the longer version (not the one in Eternal). Was it the same in the Arundel concert?

This is so frustrating, the whole HCIKFS is recorded but the buffer is not good so it skips a second or two from time to time.

I'm so sorry.
Oh don't be sad- at least you tried ! :D

Thanks Yorkie. I will check that. I did a quick check of the website of St. Paul Cathedral, but I didn't see any webcast.

This is awesome! I rushed home from church to read pages and pages of play-by-play from you all! Thank you so much. Sorry I had to miss it, but hopefully someone can post the video on YouTube or the church will have it available on their website later. Happy, happy, happy for everyone who saw it or got to be there in person! :D

Well, my recording of How Can I Keep From Singing worked, but the rest of the service cut off and the video stopped working too... :evil: So I'll upload the audio from How Can I Keep From Singing, but hopefully somebody else has the audio for Sanctus and the videos as well.

So Flynn and Alfie are the two that should be there and aren't... Perhaps they got sick? There is supposed to be 24 boys, right?

St Paul's is Anglican as well. Westminster Cathedral (as distinct from Westminster Abbey which is also Anglican) has the best Catholic choir in the UK (and possibly one of the best in the world) but it doesn't do podcasts I'm afraid. None of our major churches do (apart from St John's).

By the way, that most recent St John's podcast is a bit dull :D - not the best song choices I've ever heard. I have a download from a concert they did at Easter in Germany that was pretty damn good.
If I’ve got owt to say I says it, and if I’ve got owt to ask I asks it.
