Oh, I thought you went for beans on toast! Yes, that was indeed me - what gave me away?

Had the same thought before the concert- to place a recent pic of me, but I changed my mind because privacy matters !

I still feel the good mood of the concert and the forum helps to keep that mood although 2 days have passed :)
Even used Google translator to read a lot of the posts about the concert on the french forum 8)
The link of the photos leads easily to it !

I was also touched by Jyaire's comment there about singing with Libera in the mass in St.Phillips yesterday ! Thank you Jyaire for sharing the experience ! :D

No delusions, I'm just like a cross between James Dean and Jude Law :D

danieb88 wrote:Also, I have quite a few pics Im happy to post but someone will have to explain to me how to do it!! Do I have to upload them onto a website or something?
It will also have to wait til the weekend as im currently on placement in the depths of mid-wales with rubbish internet!
You have to upload them first to a free hosting service like http://www.imageshack.us" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; . After uploading, you can copy the URL for the images one by one and put them inside these tags [ img] insert image url [ /img], without the spaces.

Thanks everyone for the review and pictures, especially Yorkie for the Quadrilogy report  absolutely love it. I actually prefer a concert like this, more intimate with a smaller crowd and brilliant acoustic of a cathedral, hopefully one day I will get to see their concert in a church venue. And the report of attending the St Phillip's Sunday service is really intriguing as we rarely have a glimpse of what they do as a parish choir as opposed to being Libera.

Sorry to go off subject, but I just had a quick look at the lovely video of Steven/Sam/Big Ben/JB unloading stuff outside of the cathedral, the shot of Big Ben and JB walking together somehow remind me of Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson standing next to Richard Hammond , if you see what I mean....

I was 4 or 5 rows behind you, and I was fortunate to be behind little old, and some children (sisters or cousins of a singer), so I had a very good view of the stage !

And like you, I understand that to rows were reserved for families, although at the time, it hurts a bit for having waited so long for not having the front rows! ;)

It's true that Dunkirk is very close to London, I have no excuse not to come back!

Jyaire my friend. Did you make it to the service at St Paul's in the afternoon? If so, what did you think of that and how do our Cathedral choirs compare to those in France? How did you find London and England?

Sorry to the other board members as this is a bit off topic but I like to find out what people think of the UK :D

I can only speak of England as I have not been anywhere else on the isles. Been there to visit. Stayed a little over a month. Enjoyed myself immensely. It's rich in history, art and culture. Also abundant in scenic pubs for when I am not feeling intellectual.

I would love the opportunity to visit again (time and resources permitting).
