Argh! It appears Ticketweb have screwed up my order and sent the tickets instead to France of all places.

Some kind lady there managed (how i do not know) to track down a phone number for my uncle and give him the message that she had tickets belonged to me. I only found this out today and have been unable to get an answer yet on the phone number she gave.

I travel in 3 days so time is running out for me. I can only hope that this French person is also attending the concerts and can bring my precious premium tickets along with her!

Oh no! That's not cool... How on earth did THAT happen I wonder??? Here's hoping that this can get straightened out before you leave, or that at least you have proper documentation (from TicketWeb or something) that you did indeed buy the tickets but that THEY screwed up. Argh, that would be so frustrating...

Get the Adress from this Lady - some of French fans are also going to NI. Maybe there is a way to hand out the Tickets to them

Try also that Ticketweb informs Libera about this mistake and also confirm this via E-Mail to you. Think you can then pick up the Tickets on place.

Libera expanded the text in their news:
Libera wrote:For our Armagh and Belfast concerts we understand that there will be tickets available at the door - so if Ticketweb doesn't finish their upgrade you wil be able to come on the night anyway.

It is all very strange. I have tried calling the number given to my uncle by this French person, and while it rings, no one has answered any of my messages so i have pretty much given up on that now.

Yes i have kept my confirmation emails from ticketweb showing my payment by credit card and have printed these to take with me in case there is a problem. I believe that ticketweb have a policy where they can cancel the original tickets and issue new ones to be collected at the box office in an event such as this. So i will give it another day to see if i hear yet from this French person, but if not will have to call Ticketweb (costing more money to do so!)

The most bizarre thing is my family told me today that i received some mail and in this letter was tickets for an event totally unrelated to Libera, that i had not ordered, and that was to take place on October 1st, and today is October 30th!! This is like the twilight zone. ticketweb have totally fluffed up the whole thing

As an aside, the forecast for thursday and friday is looking chilly and with some showers, so be prepared!

Good news - Libera Staff is here and they started with the installation. As I could see JB and Tiarnan are also here to help to Sam Coates, Steven G, Andy Winter and some other ones. :D

The Cathedral is amazing but I suggest that the soundcheck could take a while to get the best out of it. The altar - where the stage will be - is in the centre of the cross from the middle and the side naves. And the Cathedral is high, really high! Warm greetings from the echoes. But they will manage it.

The Organ is wonderful and I hope that Libera will use it (I support Yorkie's wish for 'Mysterium')

When I walked around in the village I could also see at least five poster anouncing Libera. They was good visible on the door of Bakeries and small Supermarkeds.

On the fotos you can see that there is enough space for a queue - and as the Cathedral is on a hill we will have a nice view downwardsto it.

Oh lovely. Wish I could be there, but with my luck I'd end up behind a pillar or something. Not much fun in that. :?

Looking good viabuona - hope the weather behaves itself so you can make the most of those 'nice' views.

Yes, always a risk at a Cathedral/church concert. Although touch-wood, in all the concerts I have been too, I haven't yet had the misfortune to find myself stuck behind a 'large unmovable object' and that's without buying premium and sometimes arriving with only minutes to spare! I've probably tempted fate now for my next libera concert!

Excited to hear what the setlist will be and who will sing.
Strange thing is, I actually dreamt about queueing for this concert and meeting some fans until realising I am going to the St. George's one! Relieved to have a second chance to get it right in real life.. ;)

That sounds spectacular! Did they ever sing Voca Me live before?

Very weird that Libera is not on the set list but maybe that has become the encore?

Faithful Heart and Do Not stand are out as well as well as Jubilate which has been opening the concerts for the last year and a half.
