Brief news article here http://www.thepreview.co.kr/news/articl ... idxno=7172

Interesting snippets...rudimentary translated via Google Chrome.
in 2016, when performing in Korea, it beat the New Year's Concert by the Vienna Boys' Choir and Imujichi to record first place in the reservation rate.
The album contains songs composed by Robert Friesman but unfinished and completed by the new music director with Rivera's philosophy. Fans around the world are paying attention to this album, which will show the choir's new direction, and Rivera's new leap can be seen for the first time in Korea.)

Until yesterday only 1 of the 4 venues had opened a page dedicated to the Libera concert, the 'SAC' in Seoul.

Today two other sites opened their page.
Only one left pending.

Site pages:

* Seoul Arts Center: https://www.sac.or.kr/site/main/show/show_view?SN=49040

* Iksan: https://tinyurl.com/ycynrea7

* Incheon: https://www.incheon.go.kr/art/ART010101 ... grmSn=9924

* Sejong: https://www.sjac.or.kr/base/nrr/perform ... anceNo=163

The IKSAN website page publishes a 'Program' box corresponding to half of a concert.

- Sanctus
- Voca Me
- Libera
- The Lighthouse
- Beati
- Come My Way
- Ave Verum
- Far Away
- God Only Knows
- Sing For Ever

This half list do not presume that it corresponds to the first or the second part of the concert.
These songs can be spread throughout the concert, and not necessarily in the order displayed here.

Edit 23/02/2023 : added the link to the libera event page, on the Sejong Theatre site

Today was the tickets booking opening for the concert of April 5th, at the Seoul Arts Center (SAC) venue.
It was the advance sale reserved to the SAC members.

This shows the sale state on the 1st floor, after 1h30 of time.

The general public sale will open tomorrow Thursday Feb. 16th, 15:00 Seoul time.

Edit :
Update after 12 hours of the sale reserved to the SAC members : 590 seats are booked, among the 2505 seats of the 'Concert Hall'.

Edit 2:
After 1 hour of sale opened to the general public, 848 seats are booked. It's 1/3 of the total capacity. Nearly two months remain before the event, there is time enough, but I'm surprised the booking not to have been more massive than that.

I think the one there before was Cameron? I think he's still part of the choir.

Yes, it is Cameron. But the photo is techically poor, as previously discussed here. No wonder some can't recognize him from that photo.
No wonder either for some theatres to choose an alternate image.

Oh yeah, thanks. I now see that he was identified as Cameron earlier in the thread. I just didn't recognize him without his beautiful auburn locks. There's something horribly wrong with that photo. :?

It's also known as the SaRang Community Church. According to Wikipedia, it's a Presbyterian "megachurch" with 60,000 members. The English version of their website has a nice photo of the interior on the front page:

I posted on the French forum a recap about the Korean tour.
Nothing new but it might bring a few info, at least some photos, so I put a Google translated version here.

- - - - - - - - - - - -

Libera will tour South Korea from April 5 to 11, 2023.

This tour will be their first visit outside the UK since the Covid-19 outbreak.
5 concerts are on the program, in 7 days time.
The tour will be dense.

Four concerts will be in theatres and one will be in a 'Mega-church'.
Surprisingly the official site does not list the concert in the church.

The link of the announcement on the official site:
https://libera.org.uk/news/korea-tour-2023

The official tour poster was designed by a Korean Fan.
Image

Promoter SAM (Seoul Arts Management) launched a competition open to fans inviting them to design the poster and providing them with some photos of the poster. 'drawing.
The winning poster was made up of separately clipped photos and the whole thing is a bit heterogeneous, with lighting and photo quality varying from one boy to another.
And here a variant chosen by the Sejong concert site, which replaced the photo of Cameron (very pixelated) by that of Julian.

The Libera concerts are presented on the websites of the various halls.
Tickets are on sale on a large merchant site called 'Interpark', which offers both Korean pages and also 'global' pages in English.
Exception for the concert of the Mega-church whose tickets are only offered on the church website.

The SaRang Church publishes an Instagram about the concert that will be performed at the church on the 6th of April.

At the end of the insta, there is a short video where Nathan, Daniel and Morgan talk in Korean about the upcoming concert.

Cool! Audio translation on my phone (Google Translate) produces something about a 15th anniversary, but anyone have any idea how to get a better translation; or alternatively any speakers of Korean care to translate? :D

Good find!

Perhaps with a visual translator rather than audio
Take some screen captures of the video and submit the images to Google translator or Google lens, or any free OCR translator available online that uses Korean 🙂

Yes! So right! I should have thought of that. :D

The opening says
Celebrating the 45th anniversary of Sarang Church
England Libera Boys Choir
invited performance
Thursday, April 6, 2023 7:30 pm
Sarang Church Hugsim Parish Hall
Then the next few:
The clear voices of
angels who heal the world
A heavenly voice to comfort
your heart
A gracious time to spend the hardship week
with Taesinja

Not sure what "Taesinja" is....
One soul to Christ!
What a better time
to lead
Please invite
the one soul you embrace.
Through the pure
and beautiful voice of
Libera boys choir
We invite you and the heart of
Taesinja to the spring
garden of grace

Nathan: "Hello"
Daniel: "It's Libera"
Morgan: "Sarang Church 45th anniversary....Congratulations"
Daniel: "One soul to Christ"
Nathan (repeating): "One soul to Christ"
Morgan (repeating): "One soul to Christ"
Daniel: "Thursday, April 6, 2023..."
Morgan: "In the parish of the Embracing...See you!"
Nathan (repeating): "See you!"
Daniel (repeating): "See you!"

Then the information for the concert is displayed (date, time, etc).
