PokutePyon....American? really? I really must travel to England to see just how different the accents are....

So say Yorkie, if you listen to the Angel Voices DVD and listen to Josh, Sam, Liam, Ben and Joe you can almost pinpoint the area where they come from? If so, thats awesome!
Well, yes perhaps my previous statement needed a little more defining - I meant to a particular region or city within the UK. But as you asked listening to their accents I would say:

Josh is from 62 Meadow Bank Lane, Little Whinging

Sam is from The Old Vicarage, Farley Whallop

Liam is from 22 Cold Blow Lane, Sodding-on-the-Wold

Ben is from 156 Blubberhouse Road, Godalming

 Oh, Yorkie, what are we going to do with you?? Mini-Ben's accent is quite "posh" though. I don't know much about accents but I can tell that he is probably not from the immediate Norbury area.

Oh nonono I wasn't asking for addresses heavens no  I wouldn't seek them out either way because 1. i don't want to be arrested and 2. I don't want to be THAT person who is the stalker.

Im was just curious of which areas, not addresses. See i don't know how England is set up, but here we can say they are from "Northern Jersey around the Elizabeth way" or they are "In the Trenton area" Both of these places are huge and I'm pretty sure the boys have common English surnames(like Phillip and Connery) so it would be hard to track down even if i wanted too and way too much effort. I'm sorry if I gave that impression off heavens no, I'm all for them having complete privacy unlike the American Child stars who have none and I feel bad for them :(

Well, to be fair PokutePyon is right about British accents. There are accents based on area (region or city) and those are very easy to pin point.

But we also have accents based on, dare I say it, class. Those can't really be identified with a particular area. Just about all the boys I've heard in Libera have a middle class accent (although dani told me off the last time I posted that) which makes it hard to pinpoint where they are from.

I do know that some (one?) of the boys lives in Surrey, which is a very nice part of the world.

Yorkie, you are a tease...

Sam Coates mentioned on the SOP special that the boys came from all sorts of backgrounds and that "some" came from "lovely, leafy Surrey"

If we have the same person in mind (I think we do) and that is the accent native to Surrey then I have a general idea of how Harry Potter (fictionally raised in Surrey) should really sound.

Minus the treble voice that is...

Little Whinging is in Surrey? I wonder if it is near Godalming?

 We're definitely on the same wavelength here...

It would be if Privett Drive runs through it or intersects "that road"...

I think I heard once that Ben p is actually an American citizen and that his dad is as well. Something about his dad wanted his children from the same nationality as he so the philipp kids were all born in the us.

Indeed - see the 'Zak left?' thread near the bottom of the News board - page 5ish iirc.

Yorkie, you are mean! LOL. XD Well, at least I'm not feeling nervous. :P

Well, one thing you know for sure is that none of the boys are from North London because if they were, it's take them an hour and a half or more to get to Norbury. I would know, because I'm FROM North London, yay! No, it actually sucks. :P They are all from South London and the area OUTSIDE of London that is near South London. In fact, the parts of South London most of them are from can't even be reached by Tube! Not easy to travel there at all, even if you live within the area! Buses and railways are mainly used to get there.
