Hey there!

My name is Ashley and I hail from Seattle.

I've been following Libera since late 2005/early 2006...back when all the voice change worries were about Joe Platt and Joe SW instead of Tom, Josh, and Liam, months before Ben got the "Big" added to his name, when Ed had just received his first solo with "When a Knight," and when the thought of a US Libera tour was nothing more than a pipe dream.

So, having been around a while...I figured it was nigh time I get my act together and join this community. I've been reading through the boards and I can already say that you all seem like a quality bunch of individuals.

I look forward to getting to know you all.

Hi Everyone!

I'm Todd and I joined this forum today, March 13! I am from California (like the Admin Kevin!) and work at a Record Label in Customer Service. I was a member of Liberafans.org since last May up until it closed . I was recommended to join here by my first Libera friend as she is a member here too . Forgive me if I am not too savvy yet with the Emoticons, signatures and Avatars as I am still finding my way around the features here!

I have been a fan of Libera since last April when I first heard their sublime singing (the video of "You Were There" on YouTube). Since then I have purchased all their albums and the fantastic DVD! I was heartbroken to find out that I had just missed their Spring tour when they performed at the Crystal Cathedral . I have been there and it truly is an incredible place! Due to my missing this, I decided on taking a special vacation to Ireland to see Libera perform last July/Aug.!! It was amazing seeing them perform with an orchestra in a concert hall for one performance and then in a beautiful church!! It was something I will never forget and I made some new friends there as well (one is a member here, Fan_de_Lok; Hi Patrick)!

I am eagerly awaiting the "Peace" album as it shipped from the UK on Monday. I would say so far that my favorite album is "Free"(I am a big fan of Ben Crawley) but I really do love all their albums. Forgive me for making this a long post but I am excited to be here and I look forward to making new friends by reading and discussing the life-affirming music of this incredible group, Libera!!
