His attention had been brought to the fact that people on this forum were "discussing" the video and, almost without question, assuming that what Chukkoi was claiming to be the truth to be accurate. The postings on the topic also had the effect of making the offending video and comments seen by many more people than if nobody here had mentioned it. Chukkoi must be delighted that his video [ and unsubstantiated] comments was seen by so many people after being directed to it by people on this forum.

The fact that you don't believe it is Mr Winter is really rather typical of some of the posters on this forum. One reason why I rarely bother posting here.

At least people on the French forum and Yahoo Angel Voices group never mentioned it. Whether that is down to the members or the moderators, I don't know.

Anyway, I guess Andy Winter felt he felt he had to put the record straight. And still you don't believe it! Not a good reputation for a forum, IMO.

Calm down dear. It is very easy to set up a username of Andy Winter - there is no vetting.

If it is Andy Winter then, as I said, I'm glad he took the time to post and put his version of events. Which I accept. I've been told it is Andy which is cool.

There is no need to get all hysterical about it. You might like to note that Andy posted his thanks to the members for the support in backing him rather than the bloke who posted the video. I think you will also see that other members posted a request not to view the link so you're behind the times there too. There is no anti Andy Winter campaign here - it is all in your imagination.

Where you choose to post is up to you. Which forum you prefer is also a personal choice. Frankly, I don't see the harm in discussing this to be honest. It would be a pretty dull forum if we just stuck to talking about which is our favourite version of Sanctus.

Mods - close the thread if you want but I can't really see there is a need to. All of us who are active members are on the same page with this one, Andy 1 - Chukkoi 0.

I've been wanting to say... When I watched the concert in RCBC, I was sitting right in the middle and from where I sat, I could clearly see the boys' facial expressions. I've got to say, Ben looked like he was having a great time.

Unfortunately i have yet to see them in concert(perhaps when they come to america!) but from taped performances it's quite clear that ben has an amazing time no matter what lol

I dont know the ins and outs but there are two sides to every story so i think its a shame that free speech is not allowed on here anymore.

I don't remember what this guy posted dani - I've just reread the entire thing and it is pretty much as I remember it. If anything has been removed I can only assume it was a personal comment that went too far..

Whilst I'm not in favour of a general censorship of posts and neither am I afraid of falling out with people I disagree with, sometimes things can go too far.

I assume this bloke is a mate of 'Chukkoi' or, more probably, is the man himself. In which case no great loss IMHO.

Nono, what I'm saying is that even the admin is biased towards Winter. and fyi, I am not, in any way, affiliated with chukkoi. That's just a youtube username to me.

So what was this unshakable truth that was deleted? Andy works with Libera. We support Libera. Now that isn't to say Andy can do no wrong but if we have to pick sides, well there isn't much doubt about who will get our votes.

Andy has stated that he didn't swear at the guy. The supposed words that he was alleged to have said were not the type of thing a native English speaker would say (i.e. the grammar was incorrect). I don't believe Andy Winter did swear at the guy.

I also think the guy was manipulative and exploiting the boys. Now a few Filipino's seem to have been whipped in to a frenzy by Chukkoi and were implying that the entire country had been insulted. Utter rubbish.

Thankfully the many Filipino Libera fans who are active and valuable members of this forum are far too wise to fall for that.
