Some tour photos from ‘X’.

“#JapanTourDiaries 🇯🇵 Following the amazing reaction from the announcement of our new album, Dream, we hopped on a plane to bring some of the excitement on tour to Japan, and our first day was as action packed as they get!”

I'm blown away that they allowed one of the boys to play the piano during a song. Yes, we had Romeo on recorder for "Smile" and Matthew J on the tubular bells for "Angel", so this is not without precedent; but considering that they have a piano player this was extra unexpected. Very cool!

And thanks for the info about the concert!

Another video shooting is announced for today (Tuesday 30).

Could it be another music video

I feel it is probably something else... but what ?
And that 'very special location' ? Intriguing... :?

I'm sure Surpinto is hoping for Angel 2.0  , but it'll probably be Always There.

No, it can't be Osaka today as there is the second concert in Tokyo tonight. The location can only be Tokyo or very close.

We should know soon enough anyway :)

Concert pics…

Very happy to see Lewis Q still able to sing treble, as someone said back during the summer concerts that his voice sounded close to breaking. Hope his voice holds out for Christmas.

This is not the first time we have had a white robed piano player in concert. Our current pianist also played one song in the Channel Islands tour of 2012. Nathan did well and commanded his own spotlight while playing.

I quote myself to kill the idea.
Someone pointed me that very likely the tweet announcing the filming is backdated. It could have been written maybe a day before it was posted. Maybe it's a copy-paste from an internal message, and the filming mentioned was simply the one for the song Once at the Nakano Shrine.

I had no idea....wow! So this is obviously not without precedent.

I remember Josh had his Faithful Heart solo back in 2012 (at the ripe old age of 16 iirc #edit# I didn't, he was 17 apparently) but didn't recall him playing piano as well. You have a good memory!

I spy with my lil eye someone whose initials are VW…

Also, can’t believe how tall Cameron is getting. He’s the tallest in the group just now.

I think this is an easier link to the Japanese tv video

I keep not recognizing Joseph at first glance. I only realize it the second time around. They all grow up soooooo fast.

Why do they all have their hands on that statue? Is it some kind of good luck charm? I doubt they are 'venerating' it unless they all converted to Shintoism.
