@JimmyRiddle,
I don't know about PICC, but Pacific Grand Ballroom of Waterfront Hotel in Cebu holds 4,000 seats for a concert setup (3200 ballroom/level 1 + 800 gallery/level 2). So in this aspect alone, the Cebu concert last year had a bigger audience than the current Seoul concert. As far as I can remember when I attended the concert last Oct. 28, 2009, the gate is only selling the lowest priced ticket/unreserved seating at 800 pesos (~US$18 ). The very back of level 1 were 800-peso seats, so it's possible that not all 3200 level 1 seats were sold before the event itself, but from what I could tell (have no superpower to count just by looking

) level 1 was pretty much filled when the concert started and I saw a lot of people in level 2, probably almost or nearly sold out. And check this out, just like the upcoming concerts in Makati, tickets for last year's concert in Cebu were also not sold online!

Tickets were sold at the Arts Council Office, SM Customer Service, and St. Theresa's College. And not much mainstream media/TV coverage so whether it was sold out or only nearly sold out, the turnout is pretty amazing. I, for one, only saw quarter-page ads in SunStar Cebu Newspaper.
With regard to the April 16 events, still has 11 days to go not 7. But yeah, a little concern there. But to put things in context the concert was announced as planned only 2 weeks ago and tickets started selling only last week. There are still 2 weeks left though. The Matinee show on a Friday is a real challenge because most fans will still be at work during that time. And with the short notice, not a lot of people can negotiate a paid leave for it. The Gala show on a Friday, in my mind, will have no problem of selling out in the next 11 days before the event.
