Jenn wrote:Rebecca, I live quite near Frisco (it's my neighbor!) and will be going to both services since I'm a Libera junkie. If you guys come up Saturday night, you should be able to find a cheap hotel anywhere in the area. There is plenty to do to keep entertained between the service(s) and the concert too. If you have any questions or need anything, let me know.
Oh, thanks! :D Might just have to join you at both, then! Unfortuntly my mom says if we go up the night before I have to pay for the hotel myself (whaaaat? I'm just a kid!), but at the same time she's fine with heading out at 2:30 AM
Don't think I have any questions right now, but if I think of any I'll let you know! :)

Also, is anyone interested in a list of stuff to do in Houston? My dad has one that he gives to work colleagues when they come from out of town that'd we'd be happy to share if anyone wants it. :)

Yes, big thanks to Jimmy for the recording and sharing of these videos !:D

Thanks for the Moody Church for the airing and for their very warm welcome they gave us visitors this morning :)

So nice there is now online some recent live videos, allowing people that are just discovering Libera to see how incredibly good they are, even live :)

I'm very happy that everyone can now have the immense pleasure to hear and see the new song re-introduced at this tour, Glory to Thee, it's so emotionaly intense :D

To answer a question I have seen in the nearly ten pages of new comments in one day, I think its Ralph that do the high notes at the end of How Shall I sing that Majesty. Will try to check this out at the St Louis Concert Wednesday :)

Thanks to the church for the airing and Jimmy for making this available for all to see. I really think Libera is even better live. Gentle yet very powerful performances.

How tall is Josh now? I've seen Big Ben still in Libera robes at that age so i'm just wondering if he might have caught up already. Ben's hair, i think it's darker not lighter. Shinier though, but anyway he always has that clean cut neat looking hair. They both look sharper than ever.

Last year, Luke and Cassius were the new kids last year... now they look like veterans.

This isn't the first time this happened of course, but i do hope that next time they guest in a church service, the pastor, high priest or whoever reverend he may be of that church can show a little bit of courtesy and humility by stepping down from his pedestal/pulpit even just for a moment so it wouldn't look as if he's lording it over them as they perform. Just an honest observation.

Haven't watched all 4, only Glory to Thee and I must say it is a stunner. Thanks, Jimmy, for uploading these! I'm sitting here with a large grin. They sound as lovely as ever and the new soloist, Eoghan, is really great! Is this his first tour? Or was he in Canada?

Due to the heat and the carillon performance played at 6 PM, the Chapel remained opened to the public even during the rehearsal.
The gates (at least 7) remain opened during the concert also, it's a première as far as I know :)

Some people hanging around in the evening were attracted by the beautiful music they heard from the Chapel, and have joined the concert naturally, as the two ladies who sat behind us for the second half

On Te Lucis, the group of the seven bigger boys sang facing the audience, being at the back of the stage, and in my opinion is that it was a simpler and much better arrangement than in St Mary at St Paul :)
