Good news!
I am now able to move forward and bring libera-dreams up to date. Firstly, I want to update the forum to the latest phpbb version. Before I update this live site, I want to test the update first to ensure it will not cause any disruption and annoyance to anyone here, I will announce news of this and the location, I would appreciate everyone's help in testing the update before commissioning it here live.
