New Canadian Libera Fan
Greetings from Ontario, Canada and happy to live in a city that actually was a host to Libera for one of their concerts. Unfortunately, though I didn't even know who Libera was at the time. I remember that week walking by an electronic billboard downtown after having a nice lunch with a friend at Swiss Chalet on York Boulevarde. He saw the sign and I looked but said I don't really know who they were...looked interesting though. I think back and yeah I guess had I of known in advance of their coming I would have saved up for tickets and gone. Now I just hope and pray that they get the chance to return back across the pond. By the way, I twitter with some of them, which is really cool; even with their mascot, Moose, who is really quite the character.

Hello Dave and welcome to the forum. They once played in my home town, in the concert hall 100 feet from where I work (and i have a view of from my office window) but I didn't know about them then
Anyway, my 'traditional' welcome to the forum:

Welcome on the forum, David
That's really a misfortune that you missed the Hamilton concert. But that's just the way life goes

Hello and welcome to the forum. I am also a Canadian supporter. Libera gave a concert in Kitchener, where I currently live, and in Guelph, which is not too far from here. I attended both. Yes, I agree with everyone who is saying that it would be wonderful to have them back in southwestern Ontario. Perhaps Canadian supporters in the area might be able to convince Libera to come back again, as they do with other cities around the world.

Hi, Dave, from another Canadian fan currently living in Toronto. I've been following Libera for far more years than I care to admit! I'd love it if they come back to Canada but regardless of where they go this Summer, I'm going to try to get there.

Welcome to the forum Dave!
I know what's it's like to find out about Libera just after they tour near you. I found them just after their US tour in 2010 and I thought they wouldn't be back for several years. Luckily they toured in Ontario last spring which is close enough for me to drive and I was able to attend 2 concerts (London and Chatham). I was also able to see them in Chicago in July. Hopefully you'll have as much luck as me, and they'll come back soon!
Anyways, I hope you have a good time here.
Tim

Welcome!
Sorry to hear that you missed the concert! I flew up from Texas for the Hamilton one, and it was one of the best Libera concerts I've seen! Hopefully they'll decide to go back to Canada soon!

Through teardrops now I see
The streaming water knows
The fountain overflows
To cry for all, to wash all sorrows in waves of peace and love
Free my thirsty soul again
