Yes, you can be happy, but to have three concerts in 2 weeks of time is not bad either
Re: Concert in St George, London, 16th November 2012
Well, well, looks like i was wrong about this
Glad for the fans that are in britain and not able to make northern ireland. I doubt i will make this one having attended the north and am due in england in December so not going to add to my expenses with this journey.
Book early though, it will sell fast!

Oh! poop! Yet, another transatlantic flight. But how else can I keep up with FDL and Yuki?fan_de_LoK wrote:Libera has just announced a new concert in St George RC Cathedral, London, on Friday,16th November
Seriously, concerts in St George's are not to be missed. The setting and the acoustics are magnificent.
As at Arundel, many family members are usually present and gracious enough to engage in conversation with the fans.
Be warned. This will sell out early.

St George's has been a great location for Libera the last two years running, I am sure it will be a success
this year as well.

That is true but wit work and other commitments I could not go . So it's nice we get another London concert
Re: Concert in St George, London, 16th November 2012
Such great news! I still need to check the date, but somehow I'm pretty sure I'm going.

Ha! that's what I did! I moved to Germany back in August for about a year. I might try to make it to this concert. I wanted to visit England while I was here, but I was thinking I would wait until the spring when the weather is nicer, but this might be enough to change my mind. I will have to see how much plane tickets will cost.tom413 wrote:Establish residency in Europe?john45 wrote:Oh! poop! Yet, another transatlantic flight. But how else can I keep up with FDL and Yuki?

I wonder if they will include a selection of Christmas songs/carols. I must admit I was a bit sceptical about this last year (mainly because it takes me ages to get in the xmas mood) but they were stunning on the night with some of their contributions. Still, Still, Still and Veni, Veni Emmanuel particularly memorable for me. I'm unable to go to Ireland but I may consider this again.

I'd say you'd be lucky to have Christmas songs included given its 9 days earlier than the concert last year, and so might be considered premature. Of course they were also promoting the Christmas album last year as it had just been released. I'm sure it will be on sale there though, and well you never know with these things.
I agree that Still, still and Veni were for me last year the standout songs of that concert.

Just purchased a premium ticket. Still need to figure out flights and accommodation, though...
Re: Concert in St George, London, 16th November 2012
Premium tickets have sold out already! It was around 30 minutes from the time tickets went on sale. Is that a record?
