Whoo-hoo! This is great. My older sister is living in the UK right now, and she loves Libera too. Maybe she will get to see this one!! Thanks for posting.
dolorosa, flumenosa, desolata, lacrimabila-
the water sighs for me
Through teardrops now I see
The streaming water knows
The fountain overflows

To cry for all, to wash all sorrows in waves of peace and love
Free my thirsty soul again
O living fountain

Hmmh, good news and bad news.

The good news is I was intending to be in London for that weekend anyway but the bad news is I have plans for Saturday. Blast it :(

What I would say though is well done on Libera announcing this far enough in advance to allow fans to get the lowest prices for trains and planes - it really does save a lot of money. I'm sure it isn't always possible to announce it so far in advance for a variety of reasons we will never get to know about, but if they can it is of great value to the fans travelling from afar.
If I’ve got owt to say I says it, and if I’ve got owt to ask I asks it.

Especially on this weekend - it's the Ascension weekend and flights and hotels are more expensive as usual.
Don't know how it is in UK, but in many EU countries Thursday the 9th May is a holiday and the most make a bridge on Friday.

No, there is no holiday that weekend in the UK - but Monday 6th May is a public holiday. The problem is that I'm going to Billy's birthday party on Saturday evening.

At least you guys all have a decision to make. There's no way I'll be going there in May :(

Many thanks for the prompt regarding the Guildford concert. I always come here on a daily basis and not always to the official Libera site. Accommodation now booked at the Holiday Inn which is almost on the doorstep of the Cathedral - well about a third of a mile away. Just have to wait for the ticketing to become available now :D

Hmmm. Decisions decisions,

Billy's birthday or Libera?

Make that three.

Think this one is a bit of a no brainier. Has to be Libera I think as concerts are few an far between. Billy's birthday after all is just a standard show with a bit of confetti thrown in at the end for good measures. I can see Billy any time I want.

Who knows ? :)

Maybe this time they will do plenty of jokes and improvisation on stages, and they will invite some folks in the audience to join them backstage for a drink and chat :D

Are your really ready to miss that possibility ??

On the other hand, Guildforf will be the first UK concert of the new season 2013.
You might be very interested to see and hear by yourself the new songs and soloists that will be revealed one moth earlier in Asia

I will very much look forward to this pint with you, and of course the concert.
