Libera on 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" & "Today" (NBC)

Came across this news this morning before I had to drag myself off to work.

More info about the show as been updated on Mini Angels site http://mini-angels.blogspot.co.uk/2013/ ... -with.html Suffice to say it's a huge honour for Libera to be invited to perform on this mainstream program and testament to their popularity in recent times. I can only think of the 2007 Kennedy Centre Awards of being something similar to this.

Anyway a few questions; How many will be attendance? and will they be doing any more promo work while they are over there?

A amazing opportunity for the group and i am amazed they are off there so close to xmas but i guess its a once in a life time opportunity for a lot of them.

I thought they might be doing other PR work - great news.

Looks like the video clips on Jay Leno site are not available to those outside the US, so you might have to watch them via a Proxy - free to d/l if your okay with occasional ads floating across the top.

This may be Libera's most watched television appearance ever.
The promotions department at their new label must have worked extra hard
to land this invitation. Hope it generates a bunch of new fans and some
enthusiasm for an American tour in 2014.

According to post at AV there is something on Official site (or Facebook or twitter?) Saying they hope to do more interviews while in US. This makes a lot of sense. However important LeonNO IS THE MORE THEY DO MAKES THE TRIP MORE COST EFFECTIVE

Edit: Scrap all that, Wayne Benner ‏@TygrHawk just clarified the important bit that I overlooked because it looked exactly same as the previous press release;

COMING UP ON “TODAY” ... so it's a different program entirely... that means two US performances in the lead up to Christmas.

I would have thought so - I'm guessing they will have a few days in the US next week, and will probably be home by next weekend. Some video clips on both sites now seem to be playable without going through a proxy - so there's a good chance we'll be able to view their performances. This was Alexa Ray Joel's performance on Friday's 'Today' show, so gives an idea on the setting.
