Site downtime for backups and a small modification.

Hi all,
This weekend, I will be closing Libera Dreams for a maximum of two hours. Unfortunately, I cannot give a precise time, but it will be around Saturday AM, GMT.
The purpose of this closure, is to perform a routine full backup, and a small change to help moderators better manage spam accounts.
