In case you like Harry Potter ''septilogy'' you might be interested.
(I still remember how Yorkie invented 'Quadrilogy' )
The new trailer is out !
So many people like the fantasy and storytelling talent of J.K.Rowling, I saw all 6 films so far and I have all seven books ! 3 of them in 2 languages.
The 6th and 7th I got on the first day they were available in Riga. I couldn't wait for translation ...
P.s. Although I'm still far from speaking perfect English, J.K.Rowling unknowingly inspired me to learn it more and more and enjoy the language on my own. And Libera definitely influenced and changed my attitude to classical music.

I think it looks great! I wish they showed a little bit less in the trailer though, I'm going to have to be very careful not to watch to many clips before the movie is actually released... I like to be surprised.

This movie looks like it is going to be awesome. It is kind of a drag to have to wait till summer to see the second half, but I guess it makes it more exciting.

I thought the last book was to be two films - so an Octology if you will.
p.s. your English is very good - why does everybody who speaks English as a second language always say that (Patrick)?

It was an epic-looking trailer. Bringing the setting out of Hogwarts is serving the movie well as it did the book. I believe that this has a great chance of becoming the year's top grossing film. Twilight: Eclipse will probably come in 2nd. And Toy Story 3 coming in at 3rd.
The very first Harry Potter book I've read was the 3rd one, "Prisoner of Azkaban", and only after watching the 2nd movie. I just borrowed it from my cousin. I loved the book so much I bought my own copy and now has a copy of the whole series.

'Septilogy' for the series of books. You are right, they have completed 2 films. So 'Octology' for movies
Is there any chance to see them both in one day ? If they will make us to wait half a year till the 2nd part (or 8th film if you prefer) that's not so cool.
The trailer says it's gonna to be in 3D ! Can't wait to see
P.s. Thank you for the good words

My guess would be released a year apart like LotR - that way they can really crank up the final merchandising opportunity.

Actually part 2 already has a release date in July 2011. Harry Potter movies have been alternating between July and November 1 1/2 year apart since the 3rd movie to give everybody a breather between productions. The only reason part 2 is in July 2011 instead of 2012 is that it's just one production. But you're right, they broke it into 2 to maximize profit. I've read Twilight is going to do the same thing. I'm not really complaining though because I love the Harry Potter series.

Ahh yes, I've watched the trailer now I knew they'd spin it out though the rotten buggers.

2nd part in July 2011 ?
I knew it
I'm aware of the reality of total and unwavering commercialisation but I'm still complaining ! This is like torture ! Besides, how can you remember the first part after half a year ?
Though there is still the good side left- it will last longer
Edit: Another HP theme version on glasses

Had this afternoon off because I was going to the dentist (yes, people in Britain do go to see dentists). Anyway decided to see HP7. It was ok but nothing fantastic.
There was a good bit though - part of the filming was done just up the road from me in the Yorkshire Dales at Malham Cove (it was the bit after Ron got angry and left Harry and Hermione and they moved camp to a cliff top and cracked bare rocks).
