London Churches used by Libera

Post by Yorkie »

Right you lot get your thinking caps on.

I'm planning a trip to the big smoke (aka London to you non-Limeys) in October and as well as doing the usual I'm thinking it might be fun to visit as many of the various churches Libera have filmed in so I can play the song as I'm there.

You know the kind of thing I'm after - Sing Forever @ St Brides.

So trawl through those old Songs of Praise videos and lets see how many we can come up with.
If I’ve got owt to say I says it, and if I’ve got owt to ask I asks it.

Like 'the big smoke'
Here is one clip, but I have no idea how far it is from you.

I don't pay attention to any advertisements usually. But this one is too nice to skip. :D

And another clip. You can see location in the end of the video.
Edit: St Mary's is located close to the junction of Bourne Street and Graham Terrace, between Sloane Square and Pimlico Road, 30 Bourne Street, London SW1W 8JJ.

If you are concentrating to London only, then my post is not very helpful

Yes, London churches only I'm afraid. I'm sure they did one at Temple church which will kill two birds with one stone as I've an interest in the Knights Templar as well.

I know Wikipedia is not the best source sometimes, but it's quite usable usually.

P.s. Actually you passed a very attractive topic to explore 8)

Lucky man - it'll be a bit different from Florida, but at least you'll have Nando's!
