I actually regret listening to it now. In future I won't listen to an entire album and spoil the moment of joy when you pop open that CD case and hear the full sonic glory for the first time :D

Me too...I listened to them all on Amazon when it first became available and I was so excited, but now I wish I hadn't. Although I guess there will be some surprise left for me since the tracks didn't seem to be available for me to listen to the last time I logged on to Amazon. Maybe that's because I live in the US?

So far, I think that I like every song on the album, and really, really like others. All of them are good.

But you know what, we still have surprises in store for us though! We now get to verify our solo guesses, we get to see more pictures of the guys probably just having fun.

And just from the less than 2 months of being on here I can tell that ALL of us are going to find something new about each song to post about and rave...and in some cases argue.

I haven't had an opportunity to comment on 'Peace'...

Ave Virgo is THE stand out track on this CD followied by Faithful Heart and Time

Tom Cully was simply majestic on Ave Virgo, at his brilliant best... what a swan song !!

I htink Lead Kindly Light just for the sheer simplicity of the score.

And don't you just love it when their voices suddenly soar in the chorus? Beautiful.

Definitely, most especially the chorus immediately following following the coda "The night is dark and I am far from home..."

 Jeez, thanks Yorkie... wait, what's that sticking out of my back ??

To answer your question, ahem, it struck me the first time I heard it and I was taken aback by it. I listened to it a number of times more and, without wanting to appear disingenious, I thought that it was most un-libera-like and awful < ducks for cover>
