Top 10 Libera songs Spring 2011

I'm glad someone made this thread. I'm a newbie and I was just thinking about this the other day. It's so tough to limit to just 10 though
Currently these are my favorite in general order.
1. Song of Life
2. Lead Kindly Light
3. Eternal Light
4. Sanctus II
5. Love and Mercy (especially how James sang it in Canada)
6. You Were There (the song that got me interested in Libera)
7. Lullaby
8. Far Away
9. How Can I Keep From Singing
10. Going Home

Going back to the old Angel Voices Days (their Christmas songs at least)
Walking in the Air
Mistletoe and Wine

This is too tough. I looked over their discography to make sure I didn't forget anything and chose 26 songs for my top 10.

Great to see everyone's choices so far Some songs crop up in almost every list but the rest of the choices is very different and personal.

Yes it's near to impossible to narrow them down to just 10, I'm a cruel person to ask you to do so

Dani, I found it highly amusing when you expressed your opinion about The Lamb and Lullabye - I mean, I can't believe anyone could feel that way about those two songs and then apparently you do - and you're still a big Libera fan - there's something just very amusing about that. I have no problems with expressing dislilkes, a thread like this is bound to generate different reactions. Although there is a separate thread for least liked Libera songs, so if people really want to discuss those songs, I suggest that particular thread.

Little bit late. Haha I had to think about it like a hundred times. From top song to 10.

It is so hard for me to limit myself to only 10 songs! The list probably changes almost weekly for me, but right now I'm really, really liking (in no particular order):

1. "Far Away" (Michael Horncastle's version)
2. "Exsultate"
3. "Lullabye"--for some reason I just love Josh's voice on this song
4. "Sancte" --Liam's amazing on the high parts, and I really like the low voices coming in near the end so strong, it gives me goosebumps sometimes
5. "Song of Life"--but have only heard it a few times since the video has been posted; I love Ralph's solo though!
6. "Stay with Me" (Joe Platt's version)
7. "Time"
8. "Salva Me" (Joe Snelling's version)
9. "Always with You"--not normally up so high on my list (though it's a great song, and Tom did such an awesome job carrying both the melancholy, softer verse solo and the high chorus notes), just noticed that I've had it stuck in my head recently and I would LOVE to hear Freddie and Jakob sing this song
10. "The Lamb"--used to not like it, but have experienced a renewed appreciation for its intricacies

Last night I was listening to it and thought that I should have included it in my top 10 The only minor flaw for me sometimes are the lush strings, that can be a bit too much for my taste... but it's really a masterpiece, a very diverse song, so many different parts follow each other and still it feels like one continuous line, with a wonderful finale. Plus it always reminds me of my first ever Libera concert, in Dublin.
