Same thing happening in Korea. I'm getting help from 3 computers right now and all of them got into errors. I've been trying again and again with all of them but looks like the website itself is offline/too busy. I feel like I'm trying to get tickets for the k-pop concert or something... *cries*
And why isn't anyone answering the phone????

Very 2000's, I guess they don't get high demand very often for tickets and the system just falls over.

This ticket fiasco happens everytime now and why has a better system not been put in place?

The site crashed for 5 minutes and then it finally worked after the seating plan took forever to load and then I pick seats and it crashed again and again and again.

Nobody picked up the phone either when I tried ringing.

I was using a phone and a laptop as well and it was basically impossible.

haha the Adobe is loading slower then a snail would crawl backwards...and by now the website if offline! great! really great!

I don't understand why are they keep selling the tickets via their website, they had the same issues last year... somehow got decent seat and still could've be much better.

Wouldn't load, then kept aborting when it did load, and then crashed completely. They aren't answering the phone either and haven't since before the website crashed as it has been on constant answerphone. Not a happy camper at the moment.

Same problem total rubbish still trying to book got to the submit payment and it all fell over, Well got there in the end Row D seat 21 now to sort flights and hotel.

Managed to get Row C seats 3 & 4 which I think is the first row - at least that was the first row on the seating plan. Yes the website is as disastrous this year as last, and at time of writing the server is still unavailable! I had my PC and Laptop connected and PC got through, but so s l o w I nearly backed out and started again, but stuck with it on one computer and got lucky. Very happy - especially since I long ago booked my accommodation in Ely
