Me too.
In fact it's not about just distinguishing any chorister from the choir and putting him higher for some reason. We don't treat Libera separately,be sure. But some soloists made a really great contribution and it's hard to imagine the choir without such people. Though I know Libera not for a very long time I have a feeling that Tom sings there forever. I can't imagine Libera without him. I love Libera as it is. And there's no Tom Cully without Libera, but still Libera will be a bit different without him. Though luckily it will do on :D

I imagine we will see Tom C around for a few more years. RP is letting the older boys stay now for as long as they desire. Callum is 16 and still there. Tom is good with the younger boys as well. Besides, there is always the regular choir at Saint Phillips where I know for a fact a couple of the non active members perform.
Some of the current older boys have become somewhat indispensible. Especially with the help they give with the younger boys. Both Tom and Josh do alot of one to one work with them. And, if you noticed in the SOP special, Josh is already being trained to work behind the scenes with the sound board.
I think we are seeing an evolution in Libera. Now, more then ever, the older boys are staying and RP is writing lower parts for them, creating a full choir sound.

I think it's wonderful that the 'older' boys are given this responsibility at an early age. It will help them mature while still doing fun things. Even when they transition to the older choir, it will be nice to know that they are still there behind the scenes.

I call it "'a evolution in progres""becuase the new soloist are comming
maybay its James or Carlos or Alfie or.... so many new names,and who have to come.The older boys bring the wewbies to a higher level and if they are older they do the same with the newbies who have to come

It’s all over folks. The reign of libera’s principle soloist and charismatic leader is at an end. He’s not going on April tour to Japan. Japanese fans are devastated.

Remind yourself of his achievements;

I imagine he'll go! I mean, even if his voice has changed I don't think he'd leave right away...

Yes, but with the end there is also a beginning... Having his voice change will change his life a little more than it changes the average boy's, but who knows what this new voice will hold?? But anyway, nothing for sure yet...

Tom is not the only member of Libera, they will begin an new era and good luck to them.

They would not of made a mistake with Toms name as these facts are checked and double checked. As i said personally think it could just be his school work has to come first and nobody can blame him if this is the case. But then saying that some of the other boys are 14 so they would also have there SATS this year.

But im personally excited for the change that is too come . Also why would Tom not do Japan but do LA? They will fly from Japan to LA so he is not part of the whole tour.

True, true, true.... But we do know for a fact that Japanese sites regarding Libera are not always accurate. There's been issue with that in the past.
