Here is another hint:
Shutting out night,
Happy for love,
Opening eyes,
I have omitted some words that would make it too easy... And the title is in English, not Latin

Worthwhile question, Jude. I found it on liberafans.org. They have a long list of all the videos (or most of them anyway) and on the video of Ben Crawley singing Sing Forever, its says:
This piece of music was performed by Libera at Aled Jone's wedding at St. Paul's Church, Covent Garden in January 2000.
