Best not to link direct from Wikipedia, either. Get an account at a photo hosting site (like Flickr or Photobucket) and upload the picture to that. Then you can resize it.

I believe the building is the Turning Torso tower located in Sweden.

I was built as a hotel but never got permission from the government to operate as one.
