That group has been around for quite a while now. But the way his announcement is worded seems like he's simply recruiting people to join his UK fans Facebook group so that when a concert is announced by Libera that group would be a hub of concert discussion. Of course we all know that if and when a concert is announced EVERY social media and forum will be blowing up with discussion by fans

If he or someone else has information from someone within Libera they'll be unlikely to share it without official permission, so I think that all of us fans are equally in the dark as to Libera's plans at the present.

However, all of us fans are aware that there is likely to be a Spring concert (Ely?); and with no summer tour to the US, a UK tour in summer seems like a possibility too. This is based simply on past history.

It's exactly that.
The guy is renowned for employing such methods. A few years ago, he asserted that some Libera alumni were contributing to his group.
At that time the group was not publicly accessible, making it impossible to observe without becoming a member

I agree with you, Surpinto, regarding the likelihood of a UK tour this summer, especially in the absence of a tour in the USA
A similar rumor had already circulated among the audience during the St John Smith Square concert in December, suggesting that 2024 might mirror 2022, meaning a spring concert in the UK and some UK concerts in the Summer.
