When I am Laid in Earth (Dido’s Lament) (presumably)

A photo has surfaced on social media suggesting that a small group from Libera filmed a new video today, 19 October.
No further information has been shared, and the title of the song being filmed remains unknown.
So far it’s simply a behind-the-scenes photo, which naturally invites speculation here
The boys are not easy to recognise in the small photo.
However, we can see that there’s a central soloist who appears to be Joseph, and a few boys on either side of him.
On the left group, from left to right, it could be Pietro, Lewis Q, Cameron, Ben, Thomas M, and Ethan H.
On the right group, possibly Morgan, Frederick H, Edward, Hal, and Nathan.
Not 100% sure though.
Does that seem accurate to you?
Any thoughts on which song this video might be for?

The filming location appears to be the Courtyard at Crystal Palace Subway.

You might be very right here.
Based on the song assignments for the Dream album revealed today (it has been an exciting day for Libera fans, with the new video One Small Voice), if Joseph is the sole soloist for the song, there could be three possibilities:
The Lark's Last Song
When I Am Laid In Earth (Dido's Lament)
Music Was Born
'When I Am Laid In Earth' seems to be the best match for the location and the strings, as you mentioned.
'The Lark' likely wouldn't be filmed in an enclosed space, and 'Music Was Born' would require a piano.
Perhaps some video techniques will be used to alter the atmosphere of the scene?

Thank you for finding this information! I agree about the possible songs that we are dealing with here, although we have been thrown off by their music video settings before so that adds to the possible surprise and anticipation.
Since there is still a possible music video that was recorded this past summer that could still be released, this additional video could be an extra and unanticipated surprise.
Given Libera’s approximate turnaround from recording to release of a music video, I would speculate that we wouldn’t see a final release of this before Christmas.

You mean Theo is between Lewis Q and Ben ?

Yup! The boy right above Ben and below Lewis Q. Theo has very dark hair, whereas Ethan’s hair is reddish-brown.

Libera just started its own TikTok Channel and posted a muted clip of the filming. We can now undoubtedly identify the members -- and experts the music as well, maybe?

I attempted some lip reading and paid attention to the tempo, and my best guess would be "Dido's Lament". I think he may have been singing the line, "Remember me, but ah! forget my fate". Actually, I'm thinking it may not be that line, but I think I guessed the right song.
That said, I'm not sure that I like the idea of them recording this piece considering what the aria is about. I feel that a mature woman's voice is more appropriate for this aria. Keep in mind that Dido sings this aria right before committing suicide.

You are correct because it is the only song that fits the clues.
The soloist is Joseph so that gives us the Lark's last song, Music was Born, or Dido's Lament.
The setting does not fit with Lark's and there is no piano. Of the other two only Dido's has a significant string section & again we have no piano which is the significant musical accompaniment for Music was Born.
The only fit is Dido's Lament. I also suggested, tongue in cheek, another link to the video. It was filmed at the Crystal Palace underground station. When I am laid in earth = underground

Interesting they have gone with this song maybe in the hopes it’s another Ave Verum.
So Seabird will be another video so hopefully Once is the 4th video if they follow last years promo. I would like a video for Resurrectio but I don’t believe I will get that wish.

I'm pretty sure he is singing Remember me the first time he appears in shot. Not so sure about the rest but it could be forget me fate.
