A Libera Christmas (Compilation EP)

Post by Surpinto »

A new compilation album has been slated for release on December 13. Titled "A Libera Christmas" it appears to be a compilation of four previously released songs on "Christmas Carols with Libera" as well as the one song from "Dream".

A really good idea and hopefully we can get a new Christmas album in the next few years.

I like the colors of the cover art. I'd rank it up there as one of the best Kielty covers.

I noticed the cover as well. Very festive and such, but yet retaining a certain charming simplicity.

Do you think they would do another one so soon after the previous one? I'm certainly not opposed to the idea, but I feel like they are currently gravitating towards more original works by former members rather than "classic" Christmas stuff – unless of course they venture into writing new Christmas songs.

Is it not 6 years since the last full Christmas album?

The Christmas market is very lucrative so a new Christmas album is always going to do well in that market.

Has it really been that long?! seems like just yesterday they released it

Guess it could be time then  assuming that's something they're interested in doing.

No kidding. Here's a fan compilation that's gotten 264,000 views in just 3 weeks. YT is pretty good about detecting songs and crediting royalties so I think it's okay to post this:
